they need to give them energy. If they eat

unhealthy food they don’t have enough energy. If they eat

too much, they need to make more exercise; because they

can put on weight. Fat is very high in calories. Fat linkes with

heart disease and many experts believe that eating less

would help to reduce it. Sugar is not good for the energy

balance. The only value of the diet is to provide energy.
