1.1 . Judy’s Consultancy has taken on an internship program and we are pleased to announce that
we are currently searching for our next three young and bright marketing graduates who have
the potential and qualifications to push your careers to new heights and I hope that this 12
month -internship program with us finds you well at that category of graduates that we are
looking for and I hope that all of you will fit that description and gain much knowledge and
experience with our company as we begin our journey together

well and right at home as you found your feet and settle in this new road with us and I believe that
you will fit right in and have a memorable experience as we get to know each and everyone of you
and we are proud that you are a part of this great team.

As Judy’s Consultancy we strive for excellence in everything that we do and we believe that every
person has potential that is yet to be unlocked and through this internship programme I believe that
all of you have that potential to do great work and make us proud. We believe that you will find your
ground and succeed and this internship programme is there to provide you with the knowledge and
skills you need to advance and push your careers forward .This programme has been set by Judy’s
Consultancy for your benefit so that you are exposed to and have experience in this field of
marketing.

We believe that this internship program will give you new understanding of concepts and provide
you with skills and traits needed in becoming managers, leaders and a valuable asset to many big
companies. It will build on whatever knowledge you already have and give you great exposure to the
greater world around us and you will leave having learnt everything needed in your field that will
equip and get you ready for the world.

We believe in not only developing employees to succeed in a company and achieve the goals set out
but we also believe in developing your life and learning necessary skills and gaining knowledge that
will enable to grow and develop in this world of work. This is a great opportunity for all of you to
learn new skills ,develop new talents and know new things and ideas that you never thought of
which will catapult your learning to new heights .

We encourage and advise you to invest in yourself and commit yourself to whatever role or duty
that will be assigned to you that will teach and enable you to gain experience and knowledge. We
urge give it your all in this programme and cooperate with us as we strive to help you to reach and
achieve your dreams. We will assist you in all that you need to succeed and give you all the tools
required.

This internship will be a duration of 12 months and you will be paid each month for work completed
.You will be working 5 days a week and a duration of 7 hours each day and after doing background
checks we found that all of you fit the description and have the tools and qualifications needed to
succeed and do well in this internship program. You will each be trained and given qualified and
experienced mentors who will guide in this programme and should you have any inquiries you are
free and most welcome to ask them

This internship will provide the stepping stones and will pave a way for you to succeed and give you
the experience and knowledge required by many companies and agencies. We as Judy Consultancy

Dear Local Residents

I would be pleased to bring your attention to the major concern relating to my new Second hand
bookshop that I have opened in your area in order to raise funds for orphans and the elderly who
are in need. I am currently facing a problem in raising these funds because of the shortage of second
books that I have in my shop at present. It is bringing much anxiousness as these funds are making
such a big change and difference in the community.

I started this bookshop after seeing the heartening struggle our elderly residents are going through
everyday and the government was not doing enough for them so I started this bookshop in raising
funds to pay for their medication and providing a small kitchen for the homeless and it began that I
started helping many orphans as well when I saw that they were in dire need for a home to stay in
and it started to grow from there and I started teaching them Mathematics and English and in
helping many people in making applications after creating small facility for education . This
bookshop means a lot to this community and it has been of great help in getting children in schools
and helping sick elderly residents who had no money for medication and seeing the smiles on the
faces and the gratitude I received from them brought me much joy. They were so grateful to my
commitment in helping the community but I could have never done it without the contribution of
the many who donated all that they had in ensuring that we every last book that I sell makes a
difference in someone’s life .I would be pleased and many others who I am helping would be pleased
in knowing that you have donated your second hand book .

2.2 . The AIDA structure is a good way instructuring a pursuasive message because it brings all the
main structure and focal point of a pursuasive message The first element of Aida which is attention
helps in bringing awareness to the problem or issue you are raising and encourages the people to
want to hear your problem and it helps you reach a common group and common understanding
with your audience. The second element of AIDA is Interest as assists in pursauasive messages by
providing more details that will push and urge the audience to think how solving the problem you
are raising will help and benefit them and it further brings support to the promises you make in the
attention section. The third element of AIDA is Desire which further prompts and persuasdes the
audience to further acknowledge the problem through your explanations as to how it will help assist
them and bring solutions to the problems they are facing and by highlighting the important benefits
and issues you intensify the urge and willingness to respond .The ;last Element is action where you
clearly explain how your audience can take the necessary steps in responding to the problem you
have raised and how they can play their role or part in what you are doing

you have done for us and we thank you for your generous donation and we appreciate all the work
that you have put in as it is helping us reach out to more local needy widows and orphans in order to
provide and meet all their needs. Your generosity in helping us will surely make a big difference to
many lives and communities.

This donation has enable us to build a small medical and healthcare facility for the elderly and
widows so that they can get their medication in an area close and most convienent to them and it
also provides widows with assistance and support in ensuring that their spouse has a dignified
funeral and next to this medical facility is another facility for education which helped many orphans
and children to apply and get into high schools and universities with sponsorships and bursaries and
we started tutoring sessions and programmes that develop and teach the youth and helping them
to get ready for the world of work and provided skills to those unemployed such as computer
literacy and many others. People are able to make applications to get jobs and update their CVs
.Your donation has helped us start activities that promote healthy living and we opened up a
kitchen for all our orphans and homeless people and this donation has been of a great helping hand
in helping us to build a home for orphans and the homeless. We owe you a lot of gratitude as many
of our elders in this community are able to pay for medication and live happier lives . The donation
made a big change in the lives of the widows and youth of this community as it has brought us
together. We are continuing to use this donation to put smiles and in making sure that every cent
goes towards transforming someone’s life because we believe that every good deed goes a long
way and it never goes unseen.

I am responding with regards to the permanent position for a journalist in your national newspaper
company ,The Daily Voice. Your company has opened applications and stated that they were
searching for journalists who want to permanently work for the company starting in January. I want
to apply for this position and I believe that I have both the qualifications , knowledge and
experience that are required to fill the position

I have a passion and an interest in marketing and sport and I have worked for New York Times as a
journalist for 3 years and gained a lot of experience and knowledge in this industry and in working
with other young journalist I have gained skills. I have been put in leadership roles in marketing and
sport in New York Times and I believe that I could be of a valuable asset to The Daily Voice and be
the candidate that you are looking for. In my role and in the responsibilities I carried as a journalist I
found myself to be good at problem solving and in creative thinking. Being in a leadership role in
marketing and sport has given me good interpersonal skills and communication skill , it has taught
me how to be a strong leader and lead by example showing good work ethics and good work in
organizing and planning. Being a journalist has taught me how to be resilient and have an analytical
thinking and pay attention to detail. As a journalist at New York Times I was able to teach and train
young and new journalists in the company and increase productivity and staff morale I attended
courses and classes in marketing and digital broadcasting journalism and I think that through my
learning and the knowledge l learnt I would be able to align myself to the goals and deadlines set by
the company and achieve the goals and objectives set out.

able to share my knowledge and experience and the knowledge that was shared to me over the
