Terms and Conditions:
Guest Belongings:
Guests are particularly requested to secure the bolts of the door and Windows of
their rooms when going out or when going to bed not to leave the key in the door.
Admission and Tariff:
Guests should fill in and sign the guest registration card at the reception along
with valid address proof copy of all the guest and obtain a “Room Key”.
Guests Visitors:
The visitors or servants of guests are not allowed in the room at any time during
the day or night. They may be entertained in the lounge.
Settlement of Bills:
Rooms Charges has to be paid upfront of the stay. Bill must be settled on
presentation by Cash, UPI or Credit Card. Cheques are not accepted.
Check in Time is 2:00 pm/ Check out Time is 11:00 am:
The guest shall vacate the room allotted to him on expiry of the period of
occupation granted to the guest. If the guest fail to vacate the room on expiry of
the period the management has the right to charge for additional day for the
room occupied by the guest.
Terms and Conditions:
Room Cleaning:
In-house rooms cleaning will be done post lunch every day kindly hand over the
room key at the reception to ensure the room cleaning. Linen will be changed 3
days once, kindly request for a linen change if required in between.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is served between 8 am to 10 am at Ground floor for the guest opted for
breakfast along with the room package. Anything ordered from the room service
will be charged additional.
Gambling and usage of Narcotic:
Gambling and use of Narcotic of any sort – which is not allowed as per
government rules – is prohibited in the hotel premises and the management have
all rights to report the same to the Police/ concerned department and will not be
responsible for the consequence arising thereof.
Hazardous Goods:
Bringing into and /or storing of raw or exposed cinema films or any other articles
of combustible or hazardous nature and / or prohibited goods and / or goods of
objectionable nature, is prohibited.
Terms and Conditions:
Use of Hotels Facilities:
The guests shall use all the facilities and the services available at the hotel with
care and caution and entirely, at the guest’s risk. The guest agrees to abide by and
follow all instructions placed by the management at various places in the hotel
premises.
Electricity and Water:
Guests are specially requested to switch off the lights, fan, A/C, units etc.
whenever not in use. This is not only to economise the use of electricity and water
but also to ensure safety of equipment’s and to avoid inconvenience to others
residents. No heaters will be allowed inside the room.
Damage of Property:
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage or prejudice to the hotel
property caused by themselves, their friends and any reason for whom they are
responsible.
Application of Law, Government Rules and Regulations:
The guest is requested to observe, abide by, conform to and be bound to all
applicable acts and laws and the government rules and regulations in force from
time to time.

We would love to have you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation
process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled before 48 Hrs (local hotel
time) from the date of arrival.
However, for reservations cancelled (late cancellation) before 24hrs of arrival, (local
hotel time) 50% of the stay charges in full or equivalent to the deposit made
(whichever is higher) will be levied
For reservations cancelled (late cancellation) within 24 Hrs of arrival, post 12 (local
hotel time) or in case of a non-arrival on the date of check-in, the total stay charges
in full or equivalent to the deposit made (whichever is higher) will be levied.
Cancellation policy during the black-out period
20th December to 5th January – no cancellation charge if cancelled before 30 days
from the date of arrival, thereafter total stay in full or 100% deposit will be charged.
Cancellations during the stay
In case you decide to shorten your booking post the check-in date, you will be
charged for the entire stay for which the reservation was originally made for.
