PROBLEM STATEMENT
Current coping methods for separation anxiety

theft. "Haven Bears" offers personalized teddy
bears from cherished garments, providing a

RESULTS OF CUSTOMER INTERVIEWS
AND SURVEY
The survey conducted from January 15-17 gathered responses from 55
individuals. Predominantly female (65%), aged 17-27 (69%), and primarily
students (31%). 96% store items representing loved ones. Benefits include
sentimental value (37%), token of remembrance (31%), and nostalgia (30%).
All respondents feel lonely when loved ones are away or pass away. 96%
would like to create/customize a product based on their loved ones, with
91% considering purchasing a customized bear. Preferences for
customization include ordinary bears with clothes made from loved ones'
old garments (42%) and talking bears with recorded voices (23%). Top
qualities considered are quality (24%) and comfort (24%). 51% are highly
likely to purchase, primarily willing to spend 300-500 pesos (64%).
