WORK METHODOLOGY

Tender for Construction of Crematorium (Electrical & Wooden &


O&M – 5 Years) under Nischay-2 in various locations in Bihar, India

 Detail survey and Geotech investigation shall be carried out at site using survey instruments and
Geotech instruments.
 Discussion will be made with client and other stakeholders to understand the requirements at site.
 Based on the requirements, layout will be prepared for the work.
 According to the approved layout, detail design will be done and the drawings will be prepared.
The design and drawings shall be vetted by NIT/ IIT.
 Based on RCC Design Drawing and Architectural Layout plan, we shall start excavation work with
help of excavators and disposal carried out by engaging sufficient dumpers.
 Where piling is required, piles of designed size will be casted and pile cap will be cast.
 Individual Footing, Stub Columns, Wall footing of Main Plant and Non-Plant bldg. shall be
constructed and backfilling carried out by earth available at site or brought from outside as per
Owner/Consultant advice.
 Rubble Soling and Grade Slab of Bldg./ Structure shall be carried out after duty compacting the
back filled earth.

SUPER — STRUCTURE:-

a) Based on Structural/RCC Drawing, Framed structure such as columns, beams, slabs shall be
constructed within time schedule with best material and workmanship.
b) Centering and from work activity for RCC slab shall be carried out with conventional plywood
/steel plates / steel prop-support etc.
c) There enforcement steel laying and concreting activity shall follow after the shuttering /
formwork is completed.
d) We shall fabricate structural steel members at site / factory fabricated and erection carried out
as per specification laid out in tender. The sheeting and tensile fabric shall be executed at site.

BRICK BLOCK MASONRY:-

The Brick / Block work shall start simultaneously with completion of farmed structure and front available
floor / area wise. The Brick / Block work shall be carried out with best locally available blocks / bricks
as per programmed.

PLASTER (INTERNAL & EXTERNAL) :-

a) The internal plastering work shall be carried out as per the Bar Chart and curing carried out
sufficiently.
b) The external plastering work of brick wall of Brick wall of Building and other structure shall be
carried out as soon as internal plaster and fixing of Door / window base frame is completed.
We shall mobilize adequate manpower / scaffolding material for carrying out this activity.
ELECTRO MECHANICAL: -

All Electro Mechanical valve viz crematorium, scrubber, fan, pump, firefighting, Electrical LT & HT and
transformer work along with plumbing shall be carried out as per specification. All materials shall be
used from standard makes. The crematorium shall be checked for proper functioning before and after
installation. The detailed check list shall be provided along with design drawings.

OTHER MISC. STRUCTURE:-

Construction of Other Misc. Structure such as underground tanks, Drainage, Roads Proving, Equipment
foundations, Equipment Foundations, Pipe racks etc. shall be carried out as per the drawings issued
by consulates and specification laid out intender / I.S. Code.
