    HEALTH WORKERS (BHWs) OF BARANGAY NO. 31 CENTRO-BAYBAY,

    WHEREAS, Chapter 2 Section 387 (b) of the Local Government Code of 1991
    provides that the Sangguniang Barangay may form community brigades and creates such
    other positions of offices as may be deemed necessary to carry out the purpose of the
    barangay government in accordance with the needs of public service, subject to the
    budgetary limitations and personal services prescribed under Title Five, Book II of this Ivy Mae T. A
    SK Chairm
    Code;
    WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 11223 or the Universal Health Care (UHC) Act
    provides that the Local Government Units (LGUs) shall endeavor health care delivery
    system that shall afford all Filipinos a primary care provider, Hence, the State shall
    ensure an adequate and equitable number of human resources for health at all levels.

    comprehensive and quality health care service delivery;
    WHEREAS, I, Teresita L. Empig, Punong Barangay of this Barangay appointed

    submitted the same appointment to this august body for review and concurrence, to wit;

    BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to concur to the


    appointment issued by Punong Barangay for the above-listed names as Barangay health
    Workers;
    RESOLVED FURTHER, to send copies of this Resolution to all the officials and
    offices of the government concerned for their information.
    APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Sangguniang Barangay this 3rd day of Jesus S. Lac
