At the end of this activity, the FS student must be able to achieve the following intended learning outcomes:
1. explain the components of learning management plan and its importance;
2. identify the best practices in creating effective learning management plan; and
3. promote behavioral, social and academic success in a structured environment that caters to tolerance, exemplary
behavior and learning.

Classroom management or meeting the needs of students can be one of the crucial parts of teaching-learning process.
However, it is the key component in any educational setting. If students are safe in a learning environment, then teaching-
learning process can take place. This activity focuses on creating a classroom routine that will make teachers and students
more productive. As a pre-service teacher, you should be committed in making classroom a safe and challenging environment,
engaging your students through the curriculum, as well as getting to know them and interacting with each other. You should
develop a democratic and equitable learning environment so that students can learn effectively.

Direction: Read the following instruction below before doing the indicated tasks.

1. Conduct interview with a teacher regarding best practices about effective learning management plan.
2. Observe etiquette during the interview process.
3. Always follow the minimum health safety protocol.

I design my classroom for my learners through a


well ventilated room, it have lights, proper
waste management, we have bulletin board
which you can post the important information
of every subject like word of the day, cleaners, Classroom Design
MeLcs, and other activities. We should avoid
posting any kind of paper inside the room.

give them groupings in terms of classroom
cleaning and to our designated area to be
cleaned.

punishment I make them clean the

their own lyrics which I called “lapat-tinig” it is Scheduling and

Yes, I would put these best practices—which we discovered throughout the interview into practice. since there will be
numerous challenges, issues in the educational setting, and these techniques will be very beneficial to us. Using
these recommendations, we can meet the educational criteria, determine the least amount of guidance and
engagement needed for students, and a high-quality learning environment requires maintenance from the educators.

Yes, a well-planned classroom management strategy can have a considerable impact on creating a favorable
environment for learning. This is because creating a positive learning environment has a big impact on students'
behavior. a neat and tidy classroom Using a management system, the classroom is changed so that students can
interact with one another, participate in their studies, and complete their work to the best of their abilities.

1. What is the set of ideals, values, beliefs, and goals on learning management plan?

On the learning management system, SMART goals should always be included together with a set of ideas, values, and
goals. These Refer to goals that are time-bound, clear, measurable, doable, useful, and capable of assisting you in achieving
them. Every By picking up new ideas and techniques, teachers can progress and enhance their instruction. We must offer all
students Providing them with the best learning environments and opportunities will help them reach their full potential.

2. What criteria and/or standards will you set to judge the quality of the classroom learning environment?

The first stage in developing the criteria and/or standards you’ll use to assess is understanding your classroom infrastructure.
The standard of the environment there for learning. After that, you must get to know your pupils and provide them with the
resources and materials they require to hone their abilities. Finally, promote student participation by establishing real-world
learning opportunities, experiences.

1. What classroom rules and procedures will you formulate to ensure discipline and order in your class? How will you
ensure safety and security of your students?

To maintain discipline and order in my class, I shall create rules and procedures. Always pay attention to, first of all
Respect your teacher, and do as instructed. Second, be respectful to your other pupils. Always ask your teacher for advice
before doing anything. In order to ensure everyone’s safety, make sure you always follow health rules.

2. What strategies will you employ for rewards and consequences?

The learning and personal growth of our kids are always significantly influenced by rewards and penalties. However, Our
students will gain more from this for their own sake. The instructor must be aware of what you must present and supply by
using rewards and penalties in the right way. As educators, we shouldn’t just hand out rewards and consequences without
giving them any thought. Instead, we should consider whether the rewards and consequences will benefit the students and
help them learning and personal growth of the students.
