neatly stacked & covered, in an agreed location.
11 All manhole, drain pit covers and gratings etc. freed, cleaned and blackjacked.
12 Security of the Building
12a Perimeter secure (i.e., all fencing & gates completed and gates lockable)
12b Building perimeter secure (i.e. all external doors in place and lockable)
12c Intruder Alarm system complete, tested, and test certificate available
12d Access Systems complete, tested, and test certificate available
12e CCTV complete, tested, and test certificate available
13 All keys available (2 sets), scheduled and tagged ready for handover to client – key box available
14 Master Keys to London Gateway
15 Offices internal decorations, ceilings, doors, floor finishings etc complete.
16 Gatehouse complete including all services mimic panels (where applicable)
17 Permanent electrical power supply connected to the building and meter installed.
18 Permanent Water supply connected to the building and meter installed.
19 Permanent Gas supply connected to the building and meter installed.
20 Internal warehouse, offices, & gatehouse, and external areas fully cleaned in accordance with the cleaning
spec.
21 Quality inspection regime complete with any outstanding or snagging works scheduled for appending to the
Practical Completion Statement.
22 Plan in place for removal of contractor’s site establishment and making good thereafter
23 Internal area of the building measured by an independent surveyor in accordance with the Contract
23a Once the steel has been set out;
23b Immediately prior to Practical Completion.
24 Comms room air integrity test successful and confirmation documentation received

B BUILDING SAFETY SYSTEMS


1 Fire Alarm system complete, tested and certificates available
