- subsystem "PU-L", implying the division into territorial-
distributed elements (regional information centers (RIC)) with independent
databases that perform information exchange - replication with a central
repository. Such separation allows to implement simultaneously a single
geographically distributed storage and decentralized data processing;

- subsystem "PU-Z", representing yourself isolated

a replica/instance of the central storage with its own special set of data and open
source software for processing this data, planning and analytics;
- subsystemsoftware tool "PS processing", which
ensures the receipt and processing of data received from external sources, and their
transfer to the subsystem "PU-L";
- administration subsystem (PA), which is
the central module and control modules of the main components that make up
the subsystems.

- transfer of data about objects from "PU-L" to the APK "Scan-AS" (subsystem

- storage in "PU-L" forms of objects and scenarios of special
events - with the help of a "management module" and a "single knowledge base";

In accordance with this structural scheme, the following information flows can
be distinguished:

- in the "PS processing" data comes from the PAK "PSAP" via a communication channel in
as a response to outgoing requests (stream 1);
- data transfer from "PS processing" to "PU-L" is carried out
via removable media (stream 2);
Signed and daWtzam. inv. No.

- data transfer between "PU-L" and APK "Scan-AS" is carried out via
communication channel. Data transfer is possible only from the central "PU-L" to the
APK "Scan-AS" or from the APK "Scan-AS" to the "PU-L" of the main information center
(GIC) (stream 3);
- data exchange of operational control, planning and task control
is carried out between the territorially distributed subdivisions "PU-L" (RIC) and
"PU-L" GIC by means of OSPD using firewalls (stream 4) or on removable media
(CD / DVD, USB) (stream 7). Data transfer is carried out both from the regional
"PU-L" to the central one, and from the central "PU-L" to the regional "PU-L";
Inv. no.

- event planning and control data is transmitted on a removable

media (CD/DVD) from a local loop ("PU-L") to a closed loop ("PU-Z") (stream 6).
Data transfer from "PU-Z" to other subsystems is not provided.

1. Information circulating in PAK "PU-L" must contain the conditional
names of objects, brief descriptions of their own forces and means.
The information must not contain information constituting a state
secret.
2. Information circulating in the PAK "PU-Z" must contain a complete
description of its own forces and means, forms of objects and
scenarios of operations, a catalog of metadata identifiers. The
information security stamp is top secret.
1.1.4.4 The logic of the client part of the HSC "CUSS" includes
role-based access control to user interface dashboards.

According to the role model, users are endowed with the capabilities
determined by the role, and have the appropriate access rights to conduct
Signed and date

operations: creating, reading and editing information objects of the HSS

"CUSS".
Each created user is assigned a role (one or more) from the list of pre-
installed in the open source software.
1.1.4.5 The main scenario for the operation of the client part of the TsUSS PJSC:
1. GIC updates information on physical objects by exporting
Inv. duplicate number

information from APK "Scan-AS".

2. With the help of the PU-L GIC, the situation on
registered FO. As part of the monitoring, a decision is made on the
need to conduct an event for one or several FIs.
Signed and daWtzam. inv. No.

3. The director or head of the SIC registers the event in the system.
Within the framework of one event, a single performer is possible -
RIC. Physical objects subordinate to the RIC are attached to the
event, the goals of the event are described, as well as the start date.
The event is assigned the status "Determined".
4. "Responsible" for the event is the head of the RIC,
Inv. no.

to which the event was staged.

5. Bringing information about the event, as well as all necessary
initial data to the RIC is possible in one of the following ways:

- by exporting data from PU-L GIC to PU-L RIC on an external
carrier;
- through OSPD (if available).

6. Initial data may be:

- information about physical objects and all included in them
virtual objects obtained from the database of APK "Scan-AS"; information
- about own funds obtained from the database of APK "Scan-
AS";
- information about vulnerabilities obtained from the Scan-AS APK.
Signed and date

7. In some cases, an event can be created in the RIC. Wherein

all data on FD, VO and other information (stored in APK "Scan-AS"),
necessary for the event, are requested from the PU-L GIC and
transmitted by one of the methods described above. The interface for
creating an event is shown in the figure Error: Reference source not
found.

8. The head of the RIC gets acquainted with the event and brings it to the GIC

information about the event. The event is assigned the status "In
Progress".

9. Responsible for the event, with the help of the administrator, forms in
system working groups and in each group appoints a responsible person - the

head of the group.

10. User with the "Administrator" role in the PS Administration

appoints the users selected by the head of the RIC to belong to a certain
working group, creates new ones, and appoints those responsible.
11. As part of the Event, the head of the RIC creates tasks and assigns them to

group leaders. If one user is the head of several groups at once, then

12. During the implementation of the event, the head of the RIC, the head of the GIC and

director have the ability to view the percentage of completion of the

event. The percentage of completion is the ratio of the number of
completed tasks for the event to the number of all assigned tasks. This
indicator dynamically changes when creating new tasks, deleting/
completing existing ones.
13. Each task is formed to a specific FD, as well as with a certain
targeted impact.
14. Target impact - a task classifier containing a brief
description, as well as possible task templates.

15. Team leaders are responsible for completing the task.

They plan their part of the work and set subtasks for the operators of their
groups ( Error: Reference source not found). This ensures that the
requirements for group and individual tasks are met.
16. Operators and team leaders perform assigned subtasks in

PU-L and PS "Processing".

17. The administrator of the PS administration of the open loop creates

temporary user accounts and passes this information to teams.
Signed and daWtzam. inv. No.

18. In the PS "Processing" manually enter the identifiers of physical

objects to work with.
19. Operators and the head of the group with the help of the PS "Processing"
send requests to PAK "PSAP". Further, the primary processing of the
received data is carried out, the topologies of physical objects are built.
20. When working with the topology of several operators at the same time
each of them is assigned its own topology mapping. The team leader
