Great determined performances from Betiel, Dana and Holy which meant all the team finished -
well done girls. Summative assessments are the slightly bigger assessments of a particular section of

of ways. They also brought their colleague PC Bobby Bear who is going to work at our school. This
course involved two and a half laps of the hilly terrain. Well done everyone who ran, supported and
helped we are proud of you all. They have really enjoyed weeding, planting bulbs, look at the plants

Overall, they came joint third in the whole tournament and came away with a medal each. The

quoit balanced on head, springboard bounce and run, pass the ball and knock down the skittle. The
children played a total of 9 matches, 5 minutes each match. We also sang the National Anthem that
we have been learning in singing lessons. Once there, they were given the opportunity to vote for a
girl and boy from their class, who they believed would best represent them on this year's school

professional coaches from Leeds Rhinos and Leeds United. The girls also ran alongside the athletes
to encourage them to keep going. It's a great way to do some exercise, whilst getting the children
focused and ready for the school day. Joey and Aaron have been with us since they were in senior
infants and Maja has been with us since 1st class. We are very grateful to all our parents for the great

school EVERY DAY in November. Liyana led the way with a new found confidence and focus. I’m
so pleased that our girls have been ever presents in our side, that Henos forced his way into the team
after joining our school in the autumn and that Joshua earnt a place in the side towards the end of the
year. Lakeisha did us proud, finishing in 4th place meaning she now goes on to a county wide
competition, which will be in March - Congratulations Lakeisha. We enjoy having the Room one's
around as they are our first priority (choice) to practise on. The children all behaved really well and
walked a long way.
