User’s guide for AWS and SRW


software installation
This s a brief guide about how to install the Amazon WorkSpaces and Secure Remote Worker on your
computer. These tools will allow you to access to the Sitel/Lexmark pages from your home.

IMPORTANT:
- Computer must be connected to internet through hardwire (not WiFi). Connect Ethernet cable from
your internet modem to the computer.
- USB Headset must be connected.
- If any doubt or issue during the installation process, please reach to your manager out and they will
be assisting you.

Amazon WorkSpaces Installation

1. Go to your browser and enter to the next link: https://clients.amazonworkspaces.com/

1. After the download is complete, open it and you will see the next window. Click “Next”.

2. Choose “Install for all users of this machine” and then click “Next”.

3. This will be the default folder where the software will be saved. DO NOT modify it and click
“Next”.

4. Click “Install” and system will start the AWS setup.

5. Click the “Finish” button.

6. An AWS icon will be added to your desktop.

Secure Remote Worker Installation.

1. Download SRW https://athome.s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/install/lexmark1515.exe

2. Open and Run downloaded lexmark.exe

1. If you see this option, please Select ¨More Info¨, then Run Anyway

2. Secure Remote Worker will take some seconds downloading and in the setup.

3. This will add a new Icon to your desktop called “Secure Remote Worker” (SRW)

**** Before Continuing make sure USB headset is connected and you are using hardwire
(not WiFi) ****

Using SRW to access to AWS


1. Go to your desktop and double click the “Secure Remote Worker” (SRW) Icon to launch SRW

2. Next you will see this prompt. Select “Yes”. This will log you out of your current profile and load a new
secure profile.

3. You may see prompts to setup Cortana, Location, etc. You can select “No” and continue.

4. A new window will be open and you will be able to view a secure profile that contains the already
downloaded AWS.

a) Top of screen Menu options
i. Web Browser – This takes you to Sitel Password Reset
ii. Applications – takes you to this screen
iii. Audio – opens audio settings on your PC
iv. Date/Time – Shows Date/Time
v. Display – You can configure multiple monitors
vi. Power Options – These are to manage your system

5. Click on Amazon WorkSpace

6. The interface will be open. Enter registration code (WSpdx+9J42DR) then press ¨Continue¨.

7. Login with NAC ID (i.e. jdoe001 and password). Here you must enter the credential that you use to
access to you Windows session in Sitel.

8. From here, a desktop will open, you can access all tools the same as in center
