I have been a part of the team as Servicenow Administrator and Asset Manager, implementing the tool Service Now as
its offering. Service Now is a Leading provider of cloud-based services that automate enterprise IT operations. Service
Now creates a Single system of record for all IT processes within a company. This system brings together IT strategy,
Design, transition and operation on a powerfully simple cloud platform that just works.

Responsibilities:
 Performing due-diligence, business requirement gathering, conducting Servicenow demos, requirement gathering
workshops and user trainings.
 Project plan preparation to highlight the deliverables, issues, risks and milestones.

ecosystem for Incident, Change Management, Service Requests, Performance analytics and Runbook Automation.
