    Respectfully referred to your office for inquest proceeding are the herein record of the investigation
    relative to the case for FALSIFICATION OF PRIVATE DOCUMENTS Art. 172 committed at about 3:00 o’clock
    in the afternoon on March 5, 2024 at Air21logistic, Arcade Bldg. 2, Don Hillario Rd, Brgy. In San Juan,
    Taytay Rizal

    COMPLAINANT: ALVIN ORGANIZA DIVINO alias “PIPOY”, male, 21 years old, and resident of Sitio
    Panghulo, Taytay Rizal

    VICTIM: ALVIN ORGANIZA DIVINO alias “PIPOY”, male, 21 years old, and resident of Sitio
    Panghulo, Taytay Rizal

    SUSPECT: JULES KARIM ALBANO ARAGON alias “DODONG”, male, 30 years old, and resident of
    Damayan Block 34, Taytay, Rizal for the crime of Falsification of Private Documents

    FACTS OF THE CASE:


    A man reported to the police about the forgery of documents such as motorcycle registration. According
    to the report, the man identified by the alias Dodong (the perpetrator) has been doing this for a long
    time. Alias Ripoy (who told the police) because he wanted to speed up the process of his motorcycle
    registration so that he would not be disturbed and would not waste his time in the process of its papers,
    Dodong approached him because it offers immediate service assistance for the registration of
    motorcycles and he said was a legitimate LTO worker.

    They went to the said meeting place of Dodong and Ripoy on the side of Air21 logistic, Arcade building 2,
    Don Hilario Rd, Brgy. San Juan, Taytay Rizal, near the municipality and that’s where the exchange of
    documents took place along with the money to pay for the said service.
    Later, the police discovered that everything the complainant said was correct, so the police immediately
    launched an operation and used Pipoy, as bait to catch Dodong for forging documents. According to
    experts, it is a very good fake because you would never think it is fake but when LTO office officials
    confirmed that it was fake it did not go through their registration system.

    When the authorities found out, that Alias Dodong was the real maker of forging papers such as the
    motorcycle registration, the authorities quickly arrested Dodong who was read his Miranda rights by the
    arresting officer Po1 SURALBO with his buddy Po1 SAGAPAN, arrested, and imprisoned
