soured agod ATS 104 :ENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY BY THIS GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY, We, M/s SLV CORP, Represented by its Managing partner Mr. R Kishore Kumar, Having its Office at: First Floor, No.5, Lakshmi Complex, RMV Extension, Sadashivanagar, BANGALORE - 560 080, do hereby state as follows: WHEREAS, the Executant is the absolute owner of land bearing Sy.No.16, measuring 4 acres 20 guntas, Sy.No.87/2, measuring 31 guntas, in all measuring 05 Acres 11 guntas, situated at Sheshagirihalli Village, Bidadi Hobli, Ramanagaram Taluk, converted for residential use as per the Conversion order No.BDS/ALN/SR/8/2004-05, dated 10.05.2004, as per the Order of the Asst. Commissioner Ramanagaram Sub-Division, Ramanagaram, for formation of Residential layout in the Schedule Property, hereinafter referred as Item No. 1 and 2 of the schedule property.
