PREFACE
Every course has requirements and this includes the In-House Training.
In-House Training is a venue in exposing the students to the real world of
working in relation to their field of specialization. This program is designed to
provide students with necessary skills and knowledge in the areas of services,
operation and management in the hospitality industry. It will prepare the students
to become more competitive in terms of hospitality. The practicum will give
exposure to the students as they apply the different theories and principles they
learned.
Furthermore, this manual may serve as guidelines as well as inspiration to
the next generation of students who are aspiring to take this kind of course in
order to make the practicum program as effective as possible. They can get here
an idea to gain knowledge, skills and ability in performing their task engaging in
Hospitality Industry.

This narrative report is the output of my training as a student of
Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management in Libacao College of
Science and Technology. In line with these, I would to dedicate this
output to all the people who had been part of my journey in this
training. To all Mighty God, to my family, my instructors, and to all my

though we have no money, we are still happy and blessed. Together, let us
