General Instructions:
(i) This Question Paper has 5 Sections A, B, C, D, and E.
(ii) Section A has 20 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) carrying 1 mark each.
(iii) Section B has 5 Short Answer-I (SA-I) type questions carrying 2 marks each.
(iv) Section C has 6 Short Answer-II (SA-II) type questions carrying 3 marks
each.
(v) Section D has 4 Long Answer (LA) type questions carrying 5 marks each.

37. A passenger while boarding a plane slipped from the stairs and got
hurt. The pilot took the passenger to the emergency clinic at the airport
for treatment. Due to this, plane got delayed by half an hour. To reach
the destination 1500 km away in time, so that the passengers could
catch the connecting flight, the speed of the plane was increased by
250 km/h than the usual speed.
On the basis of above information answer the following questions:

(A) If x represent the usual speed of the plane, then find the quadratic
