Senior’s Ball Script

Voice over: As they say, Senior year is for the tears, facing the fears, loudening the cheers. You found
out how close you are to some; and how far you are to others. You will have your lasts and get ready for
the firsts. Then look back on it and remember it forever.

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen! From a lot of hindrances up for the realization of this massive
event, at last it is now happening. This momentous event will not be as possible as it is without the
presence of our dearest teachers who will bless us their commanding presence and charm. Let’s
welcome your host the ever beauteous Ms. Jane Lumbanon and the charismatic Mr. Ian Q. Tapia.

Ian and Jane: Good Afternoon ladies and gentlemen!

Ian: You know what Jane, I am deeply honored and elated to be hosting this massive event. Making me a
part of this year’s most anticipated event of senior life, indeed a privileged! And of course sharing the
stage with u is more than blissful.

Jane: You are melting my heart Ian, but anyway, I know it’s not only me who tend to observe how
beautiful and handsome our students are. Right? Who will not prepare for this event? I know you also
have prepared for this one. Well, teachers will not be on the last seat if we will talk about beauty. I
myself is the evident. (char)

Ian: Can I include myself with that “beauty evidence you are talking about, Jane? Anyways, I bet
students, teachers and visitors are all ready to heat up this massive gymnasium with their presence.

Jane: Thank you everyone. At this moment, everyone is requested to stand for the singing of the
Doxology and to be followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem- selected senior high
school students, leading.

Ian. I can really feel the excitement in the air and somehow, also sadness since all these things will be
turned into memories for this school year is yet to end in two month now. Nevertheless, lets create
meaningful memories this afternoon. Students, just for this day, lets only entertain positive thoughts.

To start this program, an opening address will be given to us by our very own RSPC qualifier School
journalist, Mr. Franco I. Nemeno- Grade 12 STEM.
Part II- Turning over and acceptance of Different Responsibilities.

Jane: The role of the Seniors is to be a role model for the younger years. They serve as the mentor,
offering valuable advice and support. These responsibilities hold dearest in their hearts, for all I
know. The key symbolizes the turnover of responsibilities and take charge for the whole
population of SLNHS. This means that the Grade 11 (the will be seniors next year) will act as role
model for the younger years as they will conduct well in public and obey the school rules and
regulation.

The bequeathal of the key and mantle of Responsibility will be given by Mr. Nash Gian T.
Collantes- Grade 12 STEM and will be accepted by Ms. Ashlizyn K. Gorne- Grade 11 STEM

Ian: Thank you students! And now will be the bequeathal of the book of Knowledge to be given by Mr.
Franzen P. Lucenara- G12- STEM and to be accepted by Ms. Jane L. Bacanggoy =- G11-STEM

Jane: Indeed, I could testify how knowledgeable our seniors are for this school years through their
respective awards they garnered so far as this school year comes to end. To continue, lets
welcome on stage Ms. Mychaella M.Odias- G11 Gas 2 for the bequeathal of the ship of Destiny
to be accepted by Mae Cullantes (G12 GAS 1)

Ian. You know what Jane I am really excited towards the ambitions of this batch since like what you have
said, this batch are mostly the cream of uuuthe crop. I believe they could attain their respective
ambitions in life.
Next, is the bequeathal of the horse shoe that symbolizes protection and good luck. It is a charm
that wards off evil and misfortune. This will be given by Maria Rowelyn C. Pecolados (G11-STEM
and to be accepted by Alexander C. Carpio (G12-STEM)

Jane: I am really amazed by how the students gave their respective speeches, of course with conviction.
They really are a good speaker.

At this juncture, an inspirational talk will be given to us by Our dearest principal Mr. Renato T.
Corporal, HT-IV. A round of applause please.

Ian: Thank you sir! Your existence really has given a massive effect for the realization of this program.

Jane: Are all still up there? Well, let us all be drawn from the respective speeches of these selected
students starting with our Ms Senior High- Kara Ella D, Estoque (grade 12 GAS 1), next will be
our Mr Senior- Christian Andrie Opimo (G12 GAS 1), to be followed by our Miss Alma Matter-
Ms. Johanna Lance D, Inting (Garde 11 STEM), and lastly our Miss Maria Clara (Trisha Ysobelle S,
Falcone (Grade 12-STEM).

Ian. Indeed, another sets pf good speakers, right? Anyway, lets move on to the reading of the class
prophesy (in which the part I find interesting and a bit funny, in a good way) to be read to us by
Churry casinillo (G12-GAS 1) and Nash Gian Collantes (G12-GAS 1)
PART III

Jane: We are halfway through this program studes! Make use of your candles and garlands for the
candle lighting and the exchanging of mementous by our G11 and G12 students.

Ian. Please all be seated comfortably. Now, let our ears be opened and our hearts be melted as we will
be imparted with some words of wisdom and wonderful high school memories by our brilliant
and familiar speaker which will be introduced to us by Ms. Sophia Cherry Roze O. Corporal (G-11
STEM)

Jane; Thank you Maam Gorj! Next will be the giving of certificate and token of appreciation to the guest
speaker. Let me read to you its text……… May I request our School head- Mr. Renato T. Corporal
and our senior high school coordinator- Mr. Eleazar Q. Boquil to come up on stage for the
certificate giving.

Ian. How about another round of applause to our guest speaker? Surely, like her you can be anything
your heart desired.

To continue, another class prophecy will be read to us by Ms. Jassilbie B. Cabonilas and Mr.
Ralph Sinahon (G11 STEM)

Jane: I am so excited with what the prophecy has come up to. Finger’s crossed, hoping and praying that
all those will be come true in the right time.

Moving on, to break the monotonous of the program, A song of dedication by Grade 11 students
and a farewell song by the grade 12 will be sung after the other level.

More songs will be followed until the community song. So studes, give your best singing
prowess.

Part IV

Ian: At last, we are now on the end part of the program.Like what I said awhile ago Jane that our
students really has given their 100 percent efforts to look this good as what we have seen in our
very eyes. Such efforts, equate to a well deserved award.

What are the awards Jane?

Jane: Indeed Ian. If only we could give these awards to all the students, then we would. Always
remember guys that awards are just a bonus but not really the main point of this event. What
matters is you will enjoy this program and create memories you will treasure in your core.
