    Priority/Exclusion category and incorporating of the eligible households in the list of
    AAY/Priority/Non-Priority/ Exclusion category under NFSA, 2013 – Constitution of committees
    thereof

    In compliance to your office Order No. DCD/PA-2/23/934-1034 Dated 19-12-2023 regarding the
    subject cited above. In this context, it is submitted that the Schedule for holding of Gram Sabha by
    Village Level Committee is as given under.

    Further, the Patwaris/Village Level workers/Fair Price Shop Dealers of the concerned Panchayat will
    attend the Gram Sabha as per the below mentioned Schedule date.

    Besides this, the Fair Price Shop Dealers of the concerned Panchayat are hereby directed to
    submit the list of ration card holders attached with their Fair Price Shop to the Village Level
    Committee in the Gram Sabha on the above scheduled date so that the process of weeding out of
    ineligible household and incorporating of the eligible households under AAY,PHH,NPHH and Exclusion
    Category will be completed in a time bound manner and same will be submitted to the Tehsil Level
    Committee and District Level Committee within a stipulated time period.
