"KARERA”
Proverbs 27:19
As water reflects the face,
So one’s life reflect the heart.
At first glance it seems like the poem is not really connected to the bible verse, but it
is to be perceived deeper. What do we see mirrored in our hearts? Is it the worldly
desire to be the best by putting others down, or is it the quest of wanting to find the
purpose of your life?
Man's countenance is frequently an indicator of his thoughts, and the fruit of his
mental attitude is often manifested in his words, ways, will, and walk. As a man
thinks, so is he, and whatever becomes the dominant focus of that man's thinking
influences his heart attitude and is manifested in the workings of his life, "As water
reflects the face, so the heart of man reflects that man's character."
Ambitions and emotions, temptations and challenges, hope and fear, inner thoughts
and expectations, as well as spiritual strengths and weaknesses, can all be reflected in
the face and expressed via the eyes. We can often recognize areas that require
spiritual changes and God's forgiveness by gazing freely into the mirror of our own
face, as seen through God's Word.
That’s why it is good to examine our self and our hearts. The phrase “tumigil ka” is
the self realization, where one realizes that life is not about these worldly desire of
wanting to be first, but life is about you, you are the main character of your own life
and inside your heart must be God.

PANDARAYA
AWIT 101:7
"hindi tatahan sa aking bahay ang sino mang gumagawa ng pandaraya;
hindi titingala sa aking harapan ang sino mang nag sasalita ng
kabulalaan"
- This verse from Psalm 101:7 expresses God's clear disdain for deceit
and falsehood. It implies that those who engage in dishonest actions, such
as deceit, will not be accepted in His "house", which could refer to His
presence or kingdom.
Matthew 5:6
“Fortunate are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they shall
be satisfied”
As an individual in this world where justice aren’t just especially here in
this country where supposedly a democratic country. I choose this verse,
for a reason that it’s like seeking for God’s righteousness. When we talk
about justice it is also talking about a justice for every each of us, as an
individual. Since, I’ve observed that our justice system here are inhumane
however in the bible it’s righteousness concerns fidelity to the covenant
with God.
“NANDYAN KAPA BA?”

I chose this Bible verse because, in order for you to keep doing what
you are doing you have to do it in love, and because of that it gives you
motivation, it gives you meaning on why you should keep going. Because
when you love the person it is not because of their body or their status in
life, but because of who they are and how they accept you as a person.
