ChangethehoursontheScheduledHoursrowofyourtimesheettoindicatethehoursyou
actuallywork.ThereisnoAWScheckbox,likeyouwereusedtoseeinginLATS.

Isubmittedincorrectinformationonmytimecard.HowdoIchangeit?

Ifyourtimecardwasnotapprovedyetbyyoursupervisor,youcanreopenthetimecardby
goingtotheTimeEntrypageandclickingtheUpdateiconforthatparticulartimecard.Make
thenecessarychangesandresubmitittoyoursupervisor.
Ifthetimecardwasalreadyapproved,youmustcontactyourlocalOTLAdministratorwhowill
giveyouaformtofilloutthatindicateswhatneedstobechangedandthereasonwhy.Once
complete,itwillbesubmittedtoCentralOffice.CentralOfficeHRpersonnelwillthendetermine
ifachangeiswarrantedandwillcontactyouwithanyfurtherinstructions.

WhenismyOTLtimecarddue?

YoutimecardisduebythecloseofbusinessontheMondayfollowingtheendofthetimecard
period.

IcanaccessSelfServiceTimeand/orRFOTLSupervisorApprovalsfrom
home.WhycantIaccessmyotherOracleresponsibilitiesfromthere?

Theexternalwebtierwasspecificallydesignedtoallowaccesstoyourtimecardresponsibilities
only.ThisportalwasnotdesignedtosupporttheOracleformsthatareusedintheother
responsibilities.Youwillneedtocontinuetoconnecttothoseresponsibilitiesonlyfromwithin
yourbusinessofficeVPN(virtualprivatenetwork).
