    PROFILE OF EXPERIENCE
     Almost Eleven Years of Multi-Vendor experience in LTE/3G/2G Access Network RF Planning,
    Optimization, Auditing, Swap and Rollout. Currently working as Senior RF consultant for LTE, Current
    role is Senior LTE consultant providing technical support to Mobily starting from design, parameters,
    features trails and also involve with Solution and care to get best possible solutions, successfully
    completed 3 phases of FDD roleout in Mobily plus also part of LTE TDD Swap (Samsung to Nokia ) team
    in central to complete more than 1100 Sites and also ongoing LTE TDD New Sites phase. Also
    support STC for some case studies and trials.
     Vendor Experience of Nokia, Huawei, Siemens and Ericsson.
     As LTE Senior Consultant, recently completed 1100 LTE Sites swap acceptances and currently working in
    different trials like 4x2 MIMO, 8T8R trial plus working in prerequisites of second carrier in TDD, also
    involve in product line support for some tickets open for some cases in Nokia, involve in preparing technical
    proposal and KPI /parameter mapping for preparation Huawei Swap in North plus involve in some
    features trial like ANR, Paging occasion trial changes etc.

    overall performance during initial launch of Sites.
     LTE Comprehensive Network Auditing Experience. Doing Network Audits for LTE, on cell level
    parameters and counters and submitting recommendations to client..
     LTE Extensive Experience of Planning and Optimization, From Initial Cell Planning and Radio Site
    Verification to Capacity Planning and End to End Delivery of RF Optimization Tasks, Key KPI Profiling,
    Redesign and Network Auditing, Traffic Modeling, Forecast, Distribution and Benchmarking.
     3G Planning and Optimization Experience also completed 3G Swap from Huawei to NSN and Ericsson
    to NSN and currently working on NSN New sites and HSPA+ Implementation and Optimization Project in
    KSA and worked on Huawei New sites and HSPA+ Implementation and Optimization Project and did NSN
    to HW Swap at Du UAE. Also worked as a 3G Optimization consultant in Bahrain on Zain project.
     2G Planning and Optimization Experience currently with NSN on 2G swap from Moto to NSN in KSA,
    also worked internal RF Engineer with Huawei in Pakistan and also worked as a RF Consultant for Huawei
    in Pakistan as well.
     3G Post optimization. Doing detail study of counters and KPI’s checking default values and recommending
    parameter settings based on clutter classes and on user activity.
     3G Post Optimization strategies. Making strategies to improve post optimization steps and improve KPI on
    cell level by doing regular optimization exercises.
