Front-End Engineer

Biyar Tech is seeking a talented and passionate Front-End Engineer to join our growing
team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality
web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

 Design and implement visually appealing and user-friendly user interfaces using
React and modern web development techniques.
 Implement and adhere to secure coding practices to prevent common
vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, SQL injection, and more.
 Conduct comprehensive code reviews to identify and mitigate potential security
risks in both personal and peer code.
 Stay abreast of the latest security trends and vulnerabilities affecting web
applications.
 Integrate security tools and libraries into the development process to ensure
continuous security improvement.
 Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
 Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
 Integrate with RESTful APIs and Video APIs to consume and display data
effectively.
 Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
 Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to ensure seamless
integration.
 Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.
 Participate in code reviews and testing.
 Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

 5+ years of experience in front-end development


 Strong proficiency in React, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
 Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and routing libraries
(e.g., React Router) is a plus.
 Experience with Git version control
 Experience working with Video APIs and scaling them for performance.
 Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 Passion for building high-quality, user-centric web applications.
 Strong understanding of web application security principles and proficiency in
addressing common vulnerabilities.
 Demonstrated experience in applying secure coding practices and techniques.
 Ability to conduct meticulous code reviews with a security-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience with AWS cloud services


 Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
 Experience with DevOps practices
 Experience with PostgreSQL database
 Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab-ci)
 Practical experience with security testing tools and frameworks.
 Knowledge of security best practices tailored for specific web technologies (e.g.,
React, Angular, Vue).
 Familiarity with secure coding guidelines and standards such as the OWASP Top
10.
 Previous experience working in Agile development environments.
