A concise glimpse into the role
As a Techno-Functional Consultant, your focus is ensuring customer satisfaction through adept problem -
solving and communication skills. You will be trained in developing a strong understanding of our product.
To excel, you need to build lasting client relationships, analyze customer data for improvements, and
manage multiple accounts simultaneously. The Ultimate goal is to guarantee the successful
implementation of solutions.
Your time will be invested in
1. Client Utilization Enhancement:
• Ensure effective utilization of the product and integration solution they have acquired.
• Act as the initial point of contact for clients, being readily available to address any inbound
inquiries.
2. Technical Support and Training:
• Deliver exceptional technical support to clients, responding promptly and effectively to inbound
queries.
• Provide on-demand training to clients, ensuring they are well-versed in the functional capabilities
of the product.
3. Client Education and Satisfaction:
• Educate clients about the functional capabilities of the product, highlighting any necessary
upgrades for sustained satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the product manager to gather feedback, identifying and addressing recurring
issues to enhance the product.
4. Product Development Contribution:
• Actively participate in gathering feedback from clients for product improvement.
• Collaborate with the product manager to address identified issues, aiding in the ongoing
development and enhancement of the product.
Requirements:
• Open to rotational night shifts
• Possesses exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Demonstrates excellent listening skills to thoroughly comprehend client requirements.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the integration platform (APPSeCONNECT) and its
capabilities.
• Capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Possesses technical aptitude and can effectively communicate complex concepts in a simplified
manner.
• Demonstrates technical expertise in converting plans into practical, and functional solutions.
• Motivated by ensuring customer success and exhibits a team player attitude, while also possessing
outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications:
• Department: BE/BTECH (IT/CS/ECE), BCA, MCA or BSc. Computer - 2024 pass out
• Academic percentage criteria for 10th,12th, Graduation - 60% or above throughout.
