Non Shrink Cosmetic and Repair Mortar for Concrete Surfaces.
Description:
• CONFACE 2 : is a cementitious repair mortar modified with specially formulated synthtic resins.
Supplied in powder form.
• Complies with CMBI TECH. SPEC. NO.1030.

Fields of Application:
• Is used for smoothening, levelling and coating walls and ceilings of exposed concrete, precast
elements, cement and lime rendering, rough bricks and aerated concrete.
• Is suitable for interior and exterior applications on damp or dry surfaces.
• Repairs cracks and holes in walls and ceiling.

Directions for Use:


• The surface may be dry or slightly moist, but must be free from dust, dirt, oil, grease, paints, coatings etc.
• Mix thoroughly about 2.5 parts of CONFACE 2 powder to one part of water by volume.
Apply CONFACE 2 mortar up to 5mm. by trowel in one operation. For greater thicknesses mix CONFACE 2
mortar with sand (grain size 0-4mm) up to 1/3 the mortar volume.
• Further treatment such as grinding or smoothening of the surface can be carried out within 1 hour
after application.
• Cracks in existing render should be enlarged before filling with CONFACE 2 to obtain better strength.
Safety Precautions:
• Wear gloves, overalls and goggles during handling & application.
• In case of contact, rinse off thoroughly with water.
• Wash hands with soap and water after use.
Storage / Shelf life:
• 12 months under suitable storage conditions in closed sacks in a dry place.
Packages:
• 5 kg, 25 kg and 40 kg (white).
• 5 kg, 25 kg and 50 kg ( grey).
