Instructions for importing into Goodnotes (if applicable)
Uploading a digital planner into GoodNotes involves several steps. GoodNotes is a popular note-taking app for iOS devices
that allows you to annotate and work with digital documents, including PDFs. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to upload a
digital planner into GoodNotes:
1. **Prepare Your Digital Planner**:

- Ensure that your digital planner is in PDF format. GoodNotes primarily works with PDF files for importing and annotation.
- Make sure your digital planner is saved in a location accessible from your iOS device, such as iCloud Drive, Dropbox,
Google Drive, or email attachments.
2. **Open GoodNotes**:
- Launch the GoodNotes app on your iOS device. Make sure you have the latest version of GoodNotes installed from the
App Store.
3. **Import the Planner**:

- Once you're inside the GoodNotes app, navigate to the notebook or folder where you want to import your digital planner.
4. **Import Options**:
- To import your planner, you have a few options:
- **Tap the Plus Icon**: In the upper-right corner of the screen, there is a "+" icon. Tap it, and then select "Import."
- **Drag and Drop**: If you have your planner file accessible in a split-screen view, you can drag and drop the PDF directly
into GoodNotes.

5. **Select the Planner File**:

- Locate and select the digital planner PDF file you want to import. Tap on it to open it in GoodNotes.

- GoodNotes will ask you to choose the import settings. Make sure "Create New Document" is selected unless you want to
add the planner to an existing notebook.

All of our digital planners are tested in goodnotes before being published. Here are the steps to
correctly use it.
To switch from Navigate mode to Writing mode on a digital planner in GoodNotes:
1. **Navigate Mode:**
- In Navigate mode, you can interact with hyperlinks and navigate through the document.
- To enter Navigate mode, tap the "Navigate" icon or the "Hand" icon in the top toolbar. This icon
usually looks like a pointing hand.
2. **Writing Mode:**
- Writing mode allows you to write, draw, and annotate on the document.
- To switch to Writing mode from Navigate mode, tap the "Pen" icon in the top toolbar. This icon
usually looks like a pen or pencil.
Remember, the specific icons and their locations might vary slightly based on the version of
GoodNotes you are using, but the general process involves tapping the appropriate icon in the
top toolbar to switch between modes.
