Job Portal & Hiring Website

Sprint-1:

Setup required for managing a Job Portal & Hiring Application, to be used by any
individual with skills to get gigs and any client looking for skilled personnel for the job
they need to be done, as a common platform this website rates, promotes, suggests, hires
and delivers the product/project build from makers to takers across country wide.

 Manage the header functions.


o Login Management
o Profile Management
o Setup (Client/Free-Lancer) Management

 Upon clicking on login requires the customer to be logged-in


o open the login/register page.
o enable logging-in [user-id, password]
o upon successful login, redirect to the main page of the website.
o upon failure, redirect to exception processing (retry, forgot password or sign up)

 Upon clicking the Profile Management Button


o Show the personal information collect and allow options for editing (name, work,
community, preferences)
o Mandate upload option for id proof (and/or address proof) for name, DoB and address
changes.
o Upon saving show the updated details (indicating the fields pending KYC approvals)
o display the updated performance rate and sample projects of Free-lancer.
o display the updated history of the client with records of date, time, deals with free-lancer
personnel and payment history.

 Upon clicking the Setup Button


o Access is only possible when the free-lancer accepts the gig which are requested by the
client establishing a One-on-One agreement procedure.
o For client:
 A list of all available free-lancer in their insights should be displayed.
 Click on each free-lancer profile to show additional information (performance rate,
projects/products developed, charges per hour, payment modes and some assurance
info.)
o For Free-lancer:
 A list of all requests in their skills should be displayed.
 Click on each client profile to show additional information about the job and client
info (performance rate, projects/products purchased, gig history, charges per hour,
payment modes and some assurance info.)
Sprint-2:

Profile Management.

 Client Login

o Upon Login the client can see the following options


 A list of Freelancer - Allow clicking on Freelancer profile to show more details
(displaying name, email, contact information, how each personnel has performed in
the list of projects/products etc.)
 A list of projects/products - Allow clicking on it to show more details [displaying
description, list of clients worked with (indicating their performance rate with gigs
and skillset., etc.)]
 Allow the Client to send a request for the free-Lancer to work for a gig with details
specified and also job description, expectations and any feedback.

 Freelancer Login

o Upon Login the Freelancer can see the following options


 A list of projects/products requests from clients - Allow clicking on it to show more
details [displaying description, indicating the client history, deal history, etc.)]
 Enable the Freelancer to accept a gig online and one-on-one interaction through chat.
