ABSTRACT
The project focuses on the implementation of a comprehensive monitoring

and safety system for high-tension power lines. Recognizing the critical
importance of ensuring the reliability and safety of these vital components of the
power grid, the project aims to leverage modern technologies, particularly IoT and
data analytics, to enhance monitoring capabilities and mitigate potential risks.
Through the deployment of sensors along high-tension lines and the utilization of
advanced data analysis techniques, the system will enable real-time monitoring of
operational parameters, early detection of faults, and proactive maintenance
interventions. By integrating remote monitoring and control functionalities, the
system will not only improve operational efficiency but also enhance worker
safety by providing timely alerts and insights into potential hazards. Overall, the
project seeks to modernize the monitoring and safety practices associated with
high-tension lines, contributing to the resilience and reliability of power
transmission infrastructure.
