Subject: Weekly Report – 1st September, 2023

Dear Parents,
Hope you all are doing well. After a satisfying, much-needed summer break, the students were thrilled
to set foot in the campus. It has been a pleasure to welcome all our cheerful students back to school.
We are glad to share that students have adjusted well and seem fully ready to begin the new school
year and are gearing up for the exciting opportunities ahead.

Highlights of the week:

Given the authority to formulate class rules provided the students with a chance to think of ways to
create an inclusive environment and enhance their learning experience at school.

The students have been given the forms for ID cards. Please make sure they are filled out and sent back
by Friday, 8th September 2023.

• We do understand that a few books are unavailable in the market. Let us assure you that learning
is going to continue and we are responsible for providing all the resources in the meantime.

• Please ensure your child is in proper uniform with trimmed hair and nails.

• Branded shoes, smart watches, mobile phones and other gadgets are not allowed in the school
and will be confiscated. The items will only be returned to the parents. The school will not take
any liability for the loss of such items.

• Please note that ink pens and ink bottles are strictly NOT allowed in school and will be
confiscated. The items will not be returned to the students.

• The school has a strict no bullying policy and prompt action will be taken against any complaint
received. Students should contact the school office for any issue they might be facing.

• Parents are requested to talk to their children about mental health and the effects of bullying on
their peers.
