General Rules

 Each participant should carry identity proof (i.e.) College ID Card or the authorization letter from
the college authority (in case ID cards are not issued).
 All the members of a team should be from the same college/institute.
 Students who would like to take part in the events can register individually online before the
date of the event.
 A participant can participate only in one event at a time.
 Modifications with respect to the teams will not be permitted after registration.
 Rules are subject to change at the discretion of the management/organizers.
 Each event will have a specific set of rules and regulations.
 Participants are expected to go through and adhere to the same.
 Participants should carry pen drives for their personal use.
 All file submission like pictures, videos and audio should be done in the prescribed format.
Delayed submissions will not be entertained
 Criteria for the overall championship includes participation in maximum number of events and
the total scores obtained in the competition.
 Registration fee: Rs. 150 per participant.
 Registration fee is inclusive of registration kit, lunch, refreshments and certificates.
 Transportation will be provided to/from the nearest nodal points.
 Accommodation will be provided to participants on prior requisition.
 Participants are advised to take care of their personal belongings. Organisers will not be held
responsible for any damage or loss.
 Any kind of vulgarity or usage of offensive language inside the college premises is strictly
prohibited, and any such instance would lead to disqualification.
 smoking, drinking and consumption of any objectionable ‘substances’ are strictly prohibited, and
any instance will lead to disqualification of the whole team.
 All participants will be awarded with Certificate of Participation.
 In case of any unforeseen circumstances, committee members/ management have the sole
authority to make decisions.
 The judge’s decision will be final in all circumstances.

 250 rupees for faculty members or industry delegates
 Last date to submit abstract is 20/03/2024
 Last date to submit full paper and registration 22/03/2024
