I. DATE AND TIME
September 2, 2022

II. ATTEDANCE
Present: 26 parents attended the meeting.
Absent: 4 parents

III. PROCEEDINGS
The meeting started at exactly 1:05 and ended at around 2:45 in the afternoon with the following agenda:

14. Reading Recovery Program
15. Art kit and other materials needed
16. Pupil’s Portfolio
17. Attendance
18. Status of Learner’s Materials/Books
19. Personal Hygiene Kit
20. Beautification and Cleanliness
21. Election of Homeroom Officers
22. Home Visitation Plan
23. Others
A new set of homeroom PTA officers was being elected. School rules/policies were being reiterated. Parents
agreed with the classroom rules especially in the observance of health protocol. Some important concerns on child
protection policy and GAD program were supported by parents. The adviser talked to parents regarding the reporting of
their children about their conflict inside the classroom, the teacher reiterate that it’s better to give advice to their children
to just report it first to their adviser to give proper action. Different agenda were supported by the parents and promised
to give their best to full fill their obligation to their children and to the school. Before the meeting ended, the adviser
announced that she will conduct a home visitation starting October.

IV. AGREEMENT
The body derived on the following agreement: 1. Give full attention to their children’s school task and
providing art kits and portfolio to support learning. 2. They will not allow their child not to attend school without a
compelling reason. 3. Excuse letter form will be distributed for them to use in case their child has a valid reason not to go
to school. 4. Parents can contact the adviser whenever needed thru text/call/messenger. 5. Parents agreed to give full
support to different programs and projects of the school.
