Develop An Extended Model For The Data Management System For Inter-Hospitals On Client Medical Services

This study aims to implement a data management system that connects three regional hospitals and shares patient information to improve the services provided to patients, especially those treated in Kigali city. When the patient arrives, apart from what is written on the transfer sheet, there is no information about the illness, even though the patient had been hospitalized at the district hospital for many months.
