Computer System Technician from Fanshawe College

Introduction :

I would like to introduce myself as Mahak, a prospective student for Fanshawe College London
Campus, Canada. I belongs to Karnal, Haryana, India and my date of birth is 11th January, 2003.I
have applied for a Study Visa to pursue Computer Systems Technician from Fanshawe College. I
would like to make the following statement in regards to my application.

Educational Background :

As far as my academic background is concerned, I have completed my 10th from the Haryana
Board of School Education in 2018 with 94.2 % marks. Thereafter, I did 12th (Senior Secondary)
from the same board with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology and scored 95.6%
marks in the year 2020.

After completing my schooling in July 2020, I’ve made up my mind to pursue my further
education from abroad, so I begin to research about my proposed study in terms of universities,
countries or courses. I met many consultants regarding the same. Throughout this, I got to know
about English proficiency test which is mandatory for international students to study in any
English speaking country. Then I gave the English proficiency test IELTS (International English
Language Testing System) on 01/07/2021 and scored Overall : 7.0, In Listening : 7.5, Reading :
7.5, Writing : 6.0, Speaking : 6.0 bands.

After that I’ve applied for Canada Study Permit for Jan 2022 intake but unfortunately my
application has been refused by the Canadian High Commission and the reason of refusal
mentioned below:

 I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

Now I am reapplying for Canada study visa because I am very much concerned about my higher
education and as per my research, Canada is the best study destination for those who’re seeking a
quality education in a calm and peaceful environment. Also I am a genuine student wish to go
Canada for the only motive of study and will return back to my home country for my career and
my family after completing my desired education from Fanshawe College, Canada.
Why I Choose Computer Systems Technician?

I choose to study 2 years of diploma i.e. Computer Systems Technician from Canada as this
diploma is specially designed for the students who are seeking for the job opportunities in the IT
sector along with technical & professional skills and I am one of them, so Computer System
Technician is the best diploma for me as per my interest and educational background. Moreover,
This diploma will provides the intermediate knowledge and experience to support a multivendor
environment, including: Operating systems such as Windows and Linux, Networking -
switching, routing, WAN, wireless, VoIP , Security - firewalls, securing networks and
operating systems, Web servers , Database servers, Service desk management, Disaster
recovery strategies etc. Further, this program offers inclusive training that will prepare me to
work with the high-demand areas of client, server, application, network and security support and
also provides with the ability to think critically, solve problems and acquire new skills quickly.

Why I Choose to Study In Canada ?

I have ever desired to study in a foreign country to get quality and to face an ideal environment
to build my personality, skills, knowledge and ideas to utilize any knowledge in the relevant field
it’s all can be satisfied by getting good quality and standard of education. Quality of education
will also make me able to compete in the upcoming competition in the job market because the
world is changing at a rapid speed, the business boundaries are expanding. Multi-nationals are
operating in each corner of the earth and shortly it will turn into a global village. I want the
quality and standard of education of the world. I want to get professional education and a
recognized degree in my life that charms my education career. Reason to choose study in
Canada. I searched a lot in my nation to attain unique and quality education in a short duration.
After browsing, discussing with my friends, seniors, parents at last with the consultancy, I was
satisfied with Canada as education in Canada is a transformational experience, which adds
significant value to personal development and economic potential. It welcomes students around
the world, including North America, Europe, the Gulf, and Asia, and binds them to global
Canadian family and since it is a small, safe, friendly English-speaking country with a unique
cultural heritage, I am sure I will get more chances to mingle with people of different ideas, a
culture within the classroom itself.

Why Not India ?

As there is extreme competition so today’s young generation prefers to study abroad even if the
cost of education abroad is high, students prefer studying in foreign educational institutes
because the parameters in Indian good educational institutes are very tough. The students have to
face a lot of troubles to get admission in the leading Indian Universities, they have to crack
various entrance exams and even after that the admission test is being prepared on the basis of
reservation system. That’s why the deserving candidates are not able to get admission. Apart
from that, the quality of education is another big concern in educational institutes in India and
this also set a trend of students moving abroad for studies.

On the other hand, there are many parameters that keep a student restricted to continue further
studies from India are practical exposure, deep knowledge about each and every aspect of the
chosen field. Although I love my country yet I have decided to continue my further education
from Canada as the education system in India still needs to be improved on different grounds and
that is why maximum Indian students continue their further education on the international level.

the refinement of the skills necessary for the professional field. I read a lot of positive things
about the college on the internet. At Fanshawe College, they use a variety of teaching methods
such as tutorials, group work, discussion, project work, web-based learning, and independent
study. Considering all these factors, I choose to study at Fanshawe College which I believe will
be a beneficial decision for my career.

Career Prospects In India ?

As India is a developing nation. So, it needs more skilled employees with technical skills. There
are many multinational companies in my country that are offering abundant job opportunities i.e.
Reliance, Tata, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, State bank of India, and many more. I will be
earning salary between 5-7 Lac per annum and following are the some designations on which
Computer System Technician program holders can work :

Therefore, after coming back to India I desire to work at a reputed position in a growth oriented
organization and above mentioned all professions are well known and highly paid.

Conclusion :

My family has always supported in every decision of life and studying in Canada is one of my
dream to fulfill my career aim. They are supporting me emotionally and financially as well. For
study and stay in Canada, they have sufficient funds from dairy farming and boutique business.
My father has fixed deposit CAD $ 19,631 and also paid GIC CAD $ 10,000 for this purpose.

Most importantly, I will return to my home country for my career prospect and another main
reason is my family and friends. I would definitely come back to my country and will shine the
name of my father like a twinkling star and moreover, it is my responsibility to be with my
parents at the time when they will need me the most.

The further procedures for the completion of my application and securing admission require
obtaining student Visa for Canada. I am looking forward to that. I request you to pursue my
application for visa to your satisfaction and consider it for approval. I am extremely thankful to
