employee transportation for businesses and streamline workplace operations, respectively. We are
seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team and contribute to Java Spring Boot backend
development projects. If you're a B.Tech or MCA student with a passion for coding, exceptional
problem-solving skills, and a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms, we want you to be a
part of our dynamic teams.
In this role, As a Java Spring Boot Backend Intern at MoveInsync/WorkInSync, you'll have the
opportunity to work alongside experienced software engineers and contribute to the development
of robust and scalable backend solutions. This internship is tailored for college students pursuing a
B.Tech or MCA degree, who are passionate about Java Spring Boot coding and have a knack for
problem- solving. It offers a valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:


• Software Development: Collaborate with our skilled software engineering team to design,
develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot backend applications that power our transportation
solutions.
• Coding and Debugging: Write clean and efficient code while actively participating in debugging
and troubleshooting efforts.
• Problem-Solving: Apply problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and contribute
creative solutions to enhance our software products.
• Documentation: Document code, Unit Testing, processes, and best practices to facilitate
knowledge sharing within the team.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and
performance of our software applications.
• Learning and Growth: Actively seek opportunities for learning and skill development in Java
Spring Boot development and related technologies.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
and deliver high-quality software solutions.

What You’ll Need:


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, with a
focus on Java programming and software development.
• Proficiency in data structures and algorithms, with the ability to apply them effectively in solving
complex problems.
• Solid profile on GitHub/Hackerrank/HackerEarth/CodeChef.
• Strong interest in Java Spring Boot backend development.
• Basic understanding of Java programming concepts and object-oriented principles.
• Problem-solving mindset with a passion for tackling hard technical challenges.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and best practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment.
• Previous coursework or personal projects related to Java Spring Boot is a plus.
• Self-motivated and adaptable.
