1 Roles and Responsibilities Matrix


The table below describes the proposed tasks required to fulfill the scope outlined by
this Statement of Work together with roles and responsibilities of XXX and ZZZ.

This Roles and Responsibility Matrix does not constitute any resource commitment
from ZZZ. ZZZ shall reserve the right to revise the roles and responsibilities defined as
