Content Standard: The learners demonstrate understanding of the relation of
geographical location of the Philippines to its environment.
Performance Standard: The learners analyze the advantages of the location of the
Philippines in relation to the climate, weather, and seasons.
Learning Competency: Recognize that soil, water, rocks, coal, and other fossil fuels are
Earth materials that people use as resources.
Mode of Delivery: Face-to-face Instruction

I. Objective:
At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:
 Identify the different categories of natural resources;
 Classify the different natural resources through picture matrix; and
 Express the importance of natural resources to the human being.

“NATURAL RESOURCES COLLAGE”


Instructions:
a. Look through magazines or newspapers
to find pictures of natural resources like
water, trees, animals, and clean air.

b. Cut out the pictures you like and arrange


them on the poster board or construction
paper.

c. Glue or tape the pictures onto the paper


to create your collage.
d. Add any words or captions that explain
why it's important to protect natural
resources.

e. Once you're finished, share your collage


with the class and explain why you
chose the pictures you did.
