Part IV Supplemental Information. Provide the information required in Part I, line 2; Part III, column (b); and any other additional information.
Return Reference Explanation
Part I, Line 2: The US Chamber of Commerce Foundation executed a grant agreement with the Chamber of Commerce of the USA for historic preservation. All payments under the grant
must be for costs approved by the National Trust for Historic Preservation. Formal transfer of funds occurs after a review and approval of costs involved between grantee and
grantor. The US Chamber of Commerce Foundation operates programs to support small businesses in America's most economically distressed communities, with the mission
being to prevent community deterioration. The programs include direct cash assistance, as well as educational training and coaching, to support the growth and resiliency of
the small businesses and the communities they serve. The US Chamber of Commerce Foundation executes grant agreements for grants made to other 501(c)(3), 501(c)(6)
and other organizations. Each grant agreement includes a proposal outlining the program and activities the grant funds will be used for. Each agreement stipulates that funds
must be spent on (c)(3)-appropriate activities and all expenditures must be properly documented. The US Chamber of Commerce Foundation supports a small number of
charities tied to our purpose, strategic intent, or strategic priorities. These sponsorships focus on the community in which we live and work or are connected to our mission.
