Synopsis : This is an automated investigation system for the payments in HSBC and
line of business to find out the problem that went wrong in the whole transaction and then
figure out the problem. Global Payment Investigation is a framework developed by HSBC as
part of its customer support to resolve various kinds of requests raised by its customers
regarding the payments they made. The requests can be of paper based, Telephonic and
SWIFT messages. For paper and telephonic a part of customer services are manually
resolved and for SWIFT investigations they are automated.
Responsibilities:
 Analyzing the Business Requirements and Technical Requirements
 Fixing the issues as part of development.
 Developed UI using properties, section and Harness rules
 Created Activities, Validations, Flow actions for implementing core Business logic
 Implemented Validations

Synopsis : Claim Processing System will automate the manual settlement process of a
general insurance claim. The process starts when a claim is submitted by the claimant,
during the process the claim will examine by Fraud investigation department and also with
other departments to decide the correctness of the claim and for missing information. If the
claim is valid the settlement amount will be decided. The system receives claim information
in XML format as MQ messages. Authentication is handled by LDAP server

in West Virginia and also later Delaware. Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield, it primarily
serves The 29 counties of western Pennsylvania. As Highmark Blue Shield, it serves 21
counties in Central Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley. There is also a presence in the
border areas of eastern Ohio and all of West Virginia through its subsidiary, Highmark
