Introduction
God’s created a peaceful and Indescribable world. The surroundings was absolutely
stunning where the sky is very clean, no dirty smokes, no garbage everywhere, rivers and sea’s
shining perfectly where the sound of waves is nice to hear fishes swims freely, and natures are
refreshing. Our needs for food and shelter are met by the enormous forest. The animals freely
living and the air provides clean air to breathe. The world we live in is incredibly beautiful in our
eyes, with its beautiful mountain and greenery grass. Indeed, everything was so clear. People live
peaceful lifestyles; there are no wars; everyone embrace one another; and there is equality and
unity.
But everything changed drastically. Numerous problems are being faced by individuals,
families and communities. These problems include poverty, exclusion, unemployment, climate
change, conflict, and humanitarian aid. These factors are threatens the progress that we are
continuously working on. Trees are just being cut down, which causes to global warming. The
air is polluted, as is the water. The soil has been poisoned. The rivers, sea, lakes are being
evaporated. It is not practiced to dispose of waste properly. Garbage accumulates and expands
over time. Species are becoming endangered, and their numbers are decreasing. Through the
people actions, the world is getting destroyed and put the life of future generations in danger.
It’s not too late to change people’s bad behavior or negative actions. We can all work
together to restore the world's harmony and beauty. In order for change to occur, it is necessary
for us to act as a community. Corporations, governments, and citizens must unite together to
achieve the common goals. But then, how this change makes it possible? How can we give
individuals access to a safe environment, education, and healthcare? What can be done to address
climate change? How do we ensure that everyone is given equal rights and that development is
being made for all? In line with this, creating advocacy and take proper actions can be helpful to
solve the problems mentioned above. Self-advocates are more likely to succeed in life, at work,
and in education. People frequently know how to act in their knowledge and abilities.
Independence is also developed by self-advocacy. Furthermore, it gives people the ability to
solve issues that others might not be aware of.
II. Objectives
 To specify the problems encountered in personal, community and environmental health

 To determine the solutions might be helpful to prevent social problems
 To find out the efforts or actions should be done to achieve a better and healthier
lifestyle
III. Advocacy/Effort/Projects
- Educate ourselves - We should need to educate ourselves in order to understand the

importance of our life, be aware and appreciate all the things that we have from above. Anyone
must be educated because learning is the key to have a better life.
- Live the quality of healthcare - Everyone working at a medical facility has the patients'
safety as their top priority. Healthcare organizations, professionals, and patients all need to put
out every effort to prevent errors, learn from them, and develop a culture of safety.
- Plant more trees, Refrain from using vehicles that use fuels, Follow the 3 R’s
sustainability or proper waste, Conserve water and Stop burning plastic – Let the earth
breathe. Keep the earth healthy because if we don't, neither will it. Never forget that preserving
nature also means preserving each and every one of us.

V. Implementation
 Every month, a seminar or a mass gathering will be held to help communities' residents
become more educated.
 There will be a free weekly checkup program as well as free medicine in order to
maintain a healthy lifestyle
 Every barangay will be having a tree planting program, use bikes to avoid air pollution,
every corner at the street should have a trash bin using the 3R’s, practice of using water
efficiently to reduce unnecessary water usage, avoid burning garbage recycle it instead. It
can help individual, community, and the environment by saving money, energy, and
natural resources.
