1. Executive Committee
 Serves as overall decision and policy making body in coordination with the technical
working committee.
 Monitors the timeline in the conduct of online activity.
2. Planning Committee
 Drafts and submits the activity proposal for approval.
 Finalizes the activity matrix and communicate the same to all the committee.
 Directs the flow of the activity.
3. Program Committee
 Prepares the program invitation or digital poster of the activity for posting through
different social media pages.
4. Technical Committee
 Prepares the different audio-visual presentations
 Consolidates all online and other materials to be used during the whole duration of the
activity
 Manages the flow and phasing of the online/face to face activity
5. Certificate Committee
 Prepares e-certificates for the participants and the technical committee
 Sends email notification of the e-certificates of the participants and committee
6. Documentation Team
 Take photos of the event may it be through online or face to face.
 Records the number of viewers, likes, and shares of the activity (online activity)
 Downloads the recording of the activity to be included in the google drive of Youth
Formation
7. The Registration
 Provides online registration link for all the participants. (online activity)
 Keeps the complete records of attendance of the participants
8. Quality Assurance, Technical Assistance, Monitoring and Evaluation (QATAME)
 Ensures that Quality Assurance standards and regulations are met by the organizing
committee in the conduct of the activity
 Consolidates feedback/evaluation and submit quality assurance report of the online
activity
 Creates google form for easy access to evaluation of the online activity
