Map

• Complete rework of naval zones in the pacific with new ones added
• Map rework of New Zealand, Iraq and Saudi Arabia
• Karjala split into 3
• Rework of terrain in Eastern Romania, Western Ukraine and Central Russia
• Split a dozen naval zones in the pacific into smaller ones.
• Pacific islands now have a uniform naval zone surrounding them
• Split Barents Sea + reworked Murmansk states
• Reworked Taiwan
• Moved mountain tiles from Eastern Desert to Cairo

Iraq Focus tree

• Created a New Industry Focus tree


• Created a New Military Focus tree
• Created a New Historical Focus tree
• Added Iraqi Generals

New Zealand tree

• Created a New Industry Focus tree


• Created a New Military Focus tree
• Created a New Historical Focus tree

Australia Focus tree

• Added a small focus tree for the defence of Australia

• Create a new Monarchist Alt History tree

USA Focus tree

• Cash and Carry mechanic redone, now equipment is produced and sold on the market
• Old cash and carry decisions mechanic removed
• AI USA sells equipment, AI allies buy equipment

Balance

• Added a new Underdeveloped state modifiers on Eastern Russia and Caucasus


• Quadrupled Train requirements for supply in terms of distance. Stockpiles adjusted
historically
• Soviet reserve divisions + rebuild army spawn in both south and centre and at an
appropriate distance
• Rebuild the army focus is available earlier
• Rebuild the army unlocks emergency troops which spawns divisions every 7 days
instead of 14
• Rebuild the army decision now decreases training time
• Reworked total war speech requirements and total war speech unlocks the replacement
army decision
• Removed GER barb supply bonus
• War Austerity trains moved to 1942, added Simplified train tech to 1939
• Reworked train build and resource costs
• Drastically increased speed and combat penalties from low supply
• It takes 4 days to reach max supply penalty instead of 7
• USA starts with 40 mills
• USA educational orders now cost 10 civs instead of 15
• USA educational orders now give MIO funds and small production efficiency gain during
the timer
• USA reserves starting equipment % can be added to the stockpile via decision
• USA reserves start with more equipment but can be added to the stockpile instead
• USA base war support additions nerfed throughout the game
• USA selective service act extensions get removed/bypassed when selective service is
swapped off of
• USA selective service cost to change to other conscription laws now same as limited
conscription
• USA revitalize American air power focus now gives 10 mils
• USA 50 dockyards have been added to various naval focuses
