Arzu is a pleasant, friendly and thoughtful student. She has demonstrated increasing confidence and engagement during
hybrid learning. She needs to participate actively in classroom discussions. In English, Arzu is able to understand new
words and their meanings. She is able to explain them and use them correctly in context. She is able to speak confidently
in formal and informal contexts and she can give a personal response to reading. She can use connectives to structure
an argument or discussion. In humanities, Arzu is able to identify key factors that led to the rise of the Industrial
Revolution in Britain. She understands the impacts of the inventions made during the Industrial Revolution and how they
changed people¶s lives. She has enjoyed finding out about the lives of children in Victorian times and has been able to

discuss the lives of poor children thoughtfully. Arzu is also able to recognise oil barons of Azerbaijan, their lives and
contributions to local society after becoming oil millionaires. She is good at differentiating renewable energy sources from
non-renewable ones. A target for her would be to further develop her research skills. In Maths, Arzu has a good level of
learning agility and mathematical reasoning. Arzu needs to improve her performance by being more active and fully
completing the assigned tasks as a target for the next term.
