Scope of Work (SOW)

We propose to develop a custom software application designed to revolutionize the payments of Utility bills and mobile
Recharges seamlessly with automated process pipelines built within the system.

Features Included

1. Authentication & Authorization – App authentication for the customer should consider the Email /
Password mechanism.
2. User Management – The application Suite should have the capability to handle the Users across the
systems and make sure that, as part of this module, Users can be added, updated, deleted, activated, and
deactivated as per the business rules.
3. Role Management
a. Super Admin – Responsible for processing bill payments seamlessly by managing enough cash in
company accounts. Who has an end-to-end purview of the entire application and has the rights to
handle the customers, Reports, and Images on the software.
b. User – Opts for Pay Mama Service to pay the Utility bills
4. Utility Management – Utility bills are managed by a Third Party Payment Gateway where the API
Integrations are developed for each Service we provide through PayMama
5. Report Management – As an Admin / User, I should have the provision to generate the report for the
activities that I performed in the application.

 Development contract remains active for 1-Year after the Web application goes live. As part of the
development, we will be providing free services in terms of fixing the bugs, and supporting on issues which
are mentioned in SOW.
 AMC – Annual Maintenance Contract is Optional Service, which costs 20% of Project Cost

Terms & Conditions:
1. Bug/Error Correction: Any bug or error identified in the software will be rectified without
any additional charge.

2. Standard Commercial Terms:

o The commercial terms mentioned in this proposal are for the standard application.

3. Customization Requests:
o Any enhancement requests beyond the modules delivered will be considered customization
requests and subjected to extra cost.

4. Training: Will provide the user guide for training purposes virtually. In person trainings to
be chargeable to client.

5. Prompt Payments:
o All payments, are expected to be made promptly without delay.

6. Proposal Validity:
o This proposal and the commercial terms mentioned herein are valid for a period of 30
days from the date stated above.

o This proposal, along with its Terms & Conditions, is considered confidential and should not be disclosed to any third-
party members.
