Instruction to Candidates for Slot booking towards verification of Original

Certificate/Documents for grant of Certificate of Competency under CMR,


2017, MMR, 1961 & the Mines Act-1952 on Examination basis

1. Candidates applying for grant of certificates under CMR, 2017, MMR, 1961 & the
Mines Act-1952 on Examination basis are required to apply online through link
available in DGMS website (Result card of Manager's certificate of
competency examination and Overman's, Sirdar’s, Foreman’s
,Surveyor’s, Mate, Blaster’s, Gas Testing certificate of competency
examination held in December, 2023, under the CMR 2017 and the
MMR 1961 and the Mines Act,1952 through CBT-2023 held from
04.12.2023 to 08.12.2023. ) i.e

2. Candidates have to choose option for physical verification of Original
Certificates/Documents at any verification centre of DGMS office as mentioned
below:
1-Ajmer, 2-Ghaziabad, 3-Udaipur, 4-Ahmedabad, 5-Jabalpur, 6-Ranchi-
, 7-Nagpur, 8-Dhanbad, 9- Guwahati, 10-Sitarampur, 11-Bilaspur, 12-
Hyderabad, 13- Bengaluru, 14-Chennai,15-Bhubaneswar & 16-Goa
(Complete address of 16 DGMS office is available in Annexure-I).
3. No candidates after online slot booking for grant of certificates on Examination
basis are required to send their original certificates/documents to DGMS,
Dhanbad.
4. Slot booking for verification of original certificates /documents shall be available
to candidates as per slot booking schedule available in Dashboard of CBT-2023
Result portal.
5. Candidate on selecting the option of DGMS center and Session as per availability
shall be issued an Appointment letter with Address of the DGMS center, date &
Time of slot and whom to report (in Forenoon Session-10am to 1:30 pm/
Afternoon session- 2:30pm to 6pm).
6. The slots shall be (Forenoon session- Slot-1 10am-10:15am, Slot-2 10:15am-
10:30am, Slot-3 10:30am-10:45am, Slot-4 10:45am-11:00am, Slot-5 11:00am-
11:15am, Slot-6 11:15am-11:30am, Slot-7 11:45pm-12:00pm, Slot-8 12:00pm-
12:15pm, Slot-9 12:15pm-12:30pm, Slot-10 12:30pm-12:45pm, Slot-11
12:45pm-01:00pm, Slot-12 01:00pm-01:15pm).
(Afternoon session Slot-1 02:30pm-02:45pm, Slot-2 02:45pm-03:00pm, Slot-3
03:00pm-03:15pm, Slot-4 03:15pm-03:30pm, Slot-5 03:30pm-03:45pm, Slot-6
03:45pm-04:00pm, Slot-7 04:15pm-04:30m, Slot-8 04:30pm-04:45pm, Slot-9
04:45-05:00pm, Slot-10 05:00pm-05:15pm, Slot-11 05:15pm-05:30pm, Slot-12
05:30pm-05:45pm).
7. Candidates can proceed to DGMS center for Verification of original
Certificates/Documents with necessary proof of identity i.e Aadhaar
Card/Employee Card and a copy of Online application & appointment letter.
8. Any documents/original certificate during verification if found to be doubtful by
verification officials at DGMS centre shall hand over the original certificate to the
DGMS officials for necessary verification.
9. Application verified/not verified with reason shall be communicated to candidate
through online.
10. Candidate can track the status of their application through the registration
portal with their credentials as provided.
11. Candidates whose application couldn’t be verified due to deficiencies in
application or candidates who missed slot for verification shall be allowed for
booking slot for verification on approval of competent authority.
12. In case of any doubt, candidates can call or send their query to helpdesk
available in result portal.
