Steps for Professionals (Architect/Engineer/Building Designer /Supervisors)

Under Self-Certification Scheme

Step Action Steps for Professionals (Architects, Engineers, Building Designers, Supervisors) for
Application Submission:

Visit the eNaksha Portal at https://enaksha.lgpunjab.gov.in


1. Login into

(Under Self-Certification Scheme)

4. Fill the Form Application form is same as the existing Building Plan Approval System
except following
1. PAY1 : Will automatically Calculated
2. PAY2 : Part of PAY2 will be automatically calculated and part will be
calculated by the architect and entered in the system

1. System will fetch the No Objection Certificate (NoC) from the eNaksha
Portal once the NoC number is entered.

2. Take a site photograph with a mobile device, ensuring location
services are activated.
3. Transfer the photograph from the mobile device to a desktop or
laptop.
4. Upload the photograph to the system.
5. The system will extract the geographical coordinates (latitude and
longitude) from the photograph.
6. The application process requires geographical coordinates for
submission.

However, the competent authority has the power to block the


application for specific reasons as outlined below :
1. Stay from court or Written orders from Higher Authorities
2. Non-compliance with Building Codes or Regulations
3. Restricted Area
4. Violation of Master Plan
5. Misrepresentation of Facts

20. Permit After a period of 10 days and upon the payment of PAY2,
download professionals can download it directly from their account.

Authority
has three
options

Comeptent Authority Can verify on its own

Comeptent Authority can block the application based on following conditions only
1. Stay from court or Written orders from Higher Authorities
2. Non-compliance with Building Codes or Regulations
3. Restricted Area
4. Violation of Master Plan
5. Misrepresentation of Facts
On blocking the application, file will sent to Professionals for re-submission after clearing
the objections
Competent Authority can forward the application to his officers/officials for
verification and comments
8. BI/JE/DM/A Login into His/her Account
TP/MTP Take action as per the requirement and return back the file with comments to
Competent Authority for further action

9. BI/JE/ Open the File

Officers or officials will review all documents, including the PAY2 fees,
and then return the file to the Competent Authority for further action.

10. Competent Based on the evaluations made by officers or officials, the competent
Authority authority has the discretion to decide whether to verify, block, or
reassign the file to other officers for further review. All the activities have
to completed within 10 days.
