Report Coverage : Morbidity Week 1 - 10 from January 01 to March 09, 2024

This disease surveillance report provides data for notifiable diseases reported by
Disease Reporting Units in Region 10 to the Philippine Integrated Disease Surveillance
and Response (PIDSR) reporting system from Morbidity Week 1 - 10 .

is 47.08% lower compared to the same period last year. Of the reported cases, 12.96% (385)
were admitted to a health facility. There were 0 deaths (0.0%). BUKIDNON reported the
highest number of cases with 1684 (56.68%). Majority of the cases were Female (51.94%).
BUKIDNON has the highest attack rate, affecting 10.72 persons per 10,000 population. The
most affected age group is 1-4. Median age is 6.

There were 3329 Dengue cases reported from January 1 to March 09, 2024. This is 19.58%
higher compared to the same period last year. Of the reported cases, 83.69% (2786) were
admitted to a health facility. There were 16 deaths (0.48%). BUKIDNON reported the highest
number of cases with 891 (26.76%). Majority of the cases were Male (51.52%). MISAMIS
OCCIDENTAL has the highest attack rate, affecting 11.70 persons per 10,000 population. The
most affected age group is 5-9. Median age is 11.
