Abilities: can slow down time to any extent using the time stop ability in a
smarter way, the way it does this is by using time stop to an extent by making the
time stop aura only get to a certain distance affecting the speed of time, it can
also fully freeze time like it can in the show, it’ll also have immense speed and
power and a high level of sentience and intelligence, it can also heal anyone at
will, to make it fair it can only heal others and it takes a certain amount of time
depending on the wound, small wounds like cuts or nosebleeds should only take a few
moments while larger wounds will take around 10-15 and possibly longer, it also
yields the abilities of heavens door, the hand, gold experience requiem except for
infinite death,the important part is odd abilities of crazy diamond which will be
used mainly to restore objects and shit, it can also create any object of choice
out of other objects like gold experience except it’s creating non-living things,
much like the world over heaven it can rewrite any misfortune on anyone and make it
good for everyone, the stand is also highly resistant to anything that manipulates
it in any way, it can also detect other stand users in the area via a snap of the
finger showing the user

Appearance; much like the world alternative universe except it’s entire torso is
grey and has a 6 pack, the entire body is metal and the head and most of the body
is yellow while the belt and tank is green and the boots and little circle things
(and it’s knuckles) will be purple, it’ll also have purple eyes which will glow
when the user is pissed off.

anti-overheaven/underhell and anti-requiem and anti-time manipulation

Misc abilities: can give people instant results with subliminals or meditation and
whatnot, can detect every ability any stand user has just by sensing them or being
near them, can write in positive things only with the heavens door ability, the
stand can also predict the future to any extent, weather manipulation and the
ability to talk to animals, liquid creation, light generation any type of light for
any distance and brightness, heat generation to any distance and temperature, max
resistance to time stop or any other time ability, instant energy regeneration,
instant bodily regeneration, no cooldown to abilities, instant gnr boosted
manifestations in multiples of infinity, avatar editor that goes as far as the
genetic and molecular levels that edits the entire body, strength, eye color,
gender and can be used on others, it can also edit clothes, mental healing on
myself and anyone else, instant confidence, maturity, motivation and other things
that the brain lacks can be instantly given beyond human limits, the ability to
remove all human limits on the user and others is also an ability, infinite
currency generation from any place or world, the user doesn’t need oxygen or any
other thing limiting humans like hunger and more, stand can do all of my work
instantly and replicate any handwriting, has the abilities of hierophant green, has
the abilities of the world over heaven, can heal multiple people emotionally (no
limit to the number)

Side note: the stand has literally no physical weaknesses and it has anti-copy
ability so nothing can copy any part of it which includes abilities and such, able
to go to any reality freely and communicate with others from any reality with ease,
the stand also has full anti-saiyan measures just incase some mf decides to be
cocky, the stand is also infinitely resistant to any form of electricity or waves

Important note: most of the abilities other than misc and fun abilities will have
to be trained, most of the side note abilities will be there automatically, the
stand also has full anti-Wally asspull and non-asspull measures and full Wally
asspull and non-asspull prediction, full anti-Stella abilities, cannot be countered
by anyone no matter their ability, has absolute time manipulation, aura
cancelation, intelligence manipulation, absolute cancel weakness manipulation,
cancel copy cancellation and Omni lock, it also had counters for each ability used
by others, it has absolute counter cancellation, can grant any wishes, Crazy Train
has a incredibly calming aura, crazy train also casts a shield that is absolutely
impenetrable and nothing can break it.
All attacks done by the opponent will be deflected back at them.
The user shield dissipates only if the user desires, it infinitely applies to the
stand, immune to any time abilities and future foreseeing abilities, crazy train
and crazy requiem are both fully under my control this also applies to the heaven
ascended forms, in each form the stand can create a stand disc copy of itself and
insert it into someone giving them an exact copy of the stand, the stand copies
itself onto the users entire bloodline, starting with the users true love, the
stand can be seen by desired people stand user or non-stand user, the stand and its
user can absorb an infinite amount of energy and information with no limit the
stand can use the absorbed energy (for example a ki blast and he’d be able to use
that ki blast) and generate that energy again, the stand glows in the dark if
desired, the stand stays active even if the user is asleep unless the stand is
called back, the stand can give people full versions of the stand they’re
manifesting, the stand can fully change a persons mindset for example if someone
was evil he could make them honorable, the stand can completely slow global warming
and apply global cooling until it is at a safe level and it happens very quickly
but will not cool the earth to a point of calamity, the stand can automatically
reduce the power of all whom dares have any thirst for evil as a preparation for
may the 11th, the stand can find anyone instantly by just using any name for them,
the stand can fuse with another stand users stand if they both desire which makes
the stand have an appearance of both stands combined and has all of the abilities
of both stands combined and can unfuse when desired by both of the users, the stand
and its user can bring anyone into the realm of frozen time so when time is stopped
desired people won’t be affected by it
