You can find Alientech SRL DataBank at

Communication between database and users is secured via SSL, a complete protection for
clients, that is always the primary goal of Alientech.

The contents have been translated into 5 languages, to grant a better usability at any users: in
the future more languages will be included.

Access take place by User ID and Password, forwarded from Alientech at the activation of the
Web Services.

Once logged-in, several features will be at users’ disposal, to simplify your work and to
improve communications with Alientech Srl
Main menu items as follows:

 User Account. Account Information.

 Requests. Where to enter the validation code in case of sensitive data changes (for
ex. e-mail address).

 Activations. To download the CFG files for the registered products.

 LOGOUT. To exit the DataBank.

 Consultation of Drivers DataBank. To consult Alientech Drivers Archive.

 Drivers Request. Form to request new Drivers.

 Original Files Request. Form to request Original Files.

 Cheksum Families. Section for the management of your own Checksum Families.

 Buy DataBank Credits. Form to request DataBank Credits.

Our DataBank is constantly on development: new features will be introduced according to


customer’s needs.

Your User Account

Through this sections you can update your Account Information.


Alientech S.r.l. recommends you to keep up-to-date your profile as to ensure efficiency in e-
mail and postal communications.

Change Passwaord Button allows to change the password to access the DataBank.
Change E-mail allows to change your e-mail address.

Once the information are modified in your User Account, press the Update Button to save the
settings.
Requests

This section allows to activate the major Account Changes, such as e-mail:

After the changes, a validation code is sent to the new address entered. The code can be
sent to the DataBank using this window.

Activations

Thanks to the DataBank you can download your validation files 24 hours a day, every day in.
In case of variations of your subscription or purchase of new families, Alientech staff will
upgrade the related validation files.

Consultation of Drivers DataBank

By consulting the Drivers DataBank you can find more than 12,500 drivers available for the
owners of ECM Tianium.
Auto-completion simplify user’s researches

Drivers Requests

The form to request new drivers allows sending new read files for new generation drivers.
All the drivers produced are automatically available for the owners of ECM Titanium.
This sections allows to follow all the requests and their state of progress.

Original Files Requests

If needed, Alientech can supply to its customers the original files for the vehicles on which you
are working.
Checksum Families

At any moment you can know which families you own and which families are available for
purchase using the DataBank credits.
Buy DataBank Credits

The Buy DataBank Credits Window allows you to order additional credits to be used in the
DataBank.
