    3. Price & Incoterm : LOCO Rp 170.000/srinkwrape (include tax 11%)
    4. Packaging : Bottle 900 ML
    5. Contract : 6 months * 10.000 bottle
    6. Payment term : TT DP 50 advance after MOU, before loading 50%
    7. Trial : 1st shipment 5000 bottle

    ARTICLE 2 (Term & Condition)


    We’re open received order within payment CASH / TT DP. Leadtime shipped out maximal 5 days
    once payment confirmed received. For further detail such as guarantee quality issue will be mention
    in agreement.

    ARTICLE 3 (Procedure)
    1. Buyer issued LOI / PO, then answerd by FCO / SCO
    2. Buyer confirmed FCO / SCO instead and attach buyer’s legality (compro, bank name, pof if
    LC) also issued PO,
    3. Seller answerd PO by Sales Agreement and detail schedule production.
    4. Buyer confirmed OK by electronic signed, then proceed payment
    5. Seller received patment then proceed order (All Communication by Email)

    ARTICLE 4
    Thus FCO will be expired at 3 days of issuing date (7 March 2024). Please signed confirm as soon
