CONCEPT

• The design concept is a foundational vision—a

collection of ideas, guidelines, and/or creative
views—upon which an architect can create.
Conceptual designs are informed by a deeper
meaning, telling a story about the space it occupies
and the community it serves.
• The architectural design concept is the underlying
idea that guides the project. Altogether, it is the
project's identity that ties all elements together. A
few critical components of a concept are that it
responds to the client's or site's needs, provides a
clear framework, and creates a narrative for the
design.
• A concept arises from one or more of the design
factors. We spend time researching, documenting and
understanding the site, typology, users, brief and
programme.
• We document existing site conditions and start to
analyze these look for patterns, connections and
relationships at the mega, macro and micro scales.
• Functional space programming develops a detailed
list of interior and exterior spaces required to support
a project. Programming is focused on quantifying
spaces, developing the overall size of building or site
and identifying ideal relationships between spaces.
This process guides the development of the project.
• A response to the existing context, conditions,
patterns or parameters – Because of (an aspect of
site, typology, user, brief, programme) the concept
is…(Note the concept can enhance, reinforce,
challenge, interrupt, reinterpret, distort etc. the
parameters.)…

KEYNOTES RESIDENCE PLANNING

1. mission-inspired properties are

characterized by their asymmetry, low-
pitched roofs, rounded entries, indoor-
outdoor flow, and natural materials.
2. lobby is provided in the house for
Inviting Lighting. Every lobby needs
fixtures that deliver warm and
welcoming illumination since a poorly-
lit space can appear claustrophobic and
dreary. A lobby is a space from which
one or more other rooms or corridors
can be accessed, typically found near
the main entrance to a building. It may
be used for access, circulation.
3. Each side wide passage is provided ,
They provide for a seamless transition
into another space, maintaining a visual
synchronization.
4. Large windows is installed in the house
not only add light and ventilation to a
home, but allow homeowners to enjoy
beautiful scenic views of their property
and beyond. Windows can set the stage
for a home's interior design, mood and
appearance.
5. Functional space programming
develops a detailed list of interior and
exterior spaces required to support a
project. Programming is focused on
quantifying spaces, developing the
overall size of building or site and
identifying ideal relationships between
spaces. This process guides the
development of the project.
NOTE: • PROVIDING BEST AND COST
EFFECTIVE DESIGN THEN NORMAL
PRACTICES IS OUR KEY RULE. • BEAUTIFUL
GEOMETRIC PROPORTIONS ARE ALWAYS
THE BASIC. • INSPIRATION IN OUR DESIGN…

CONCEPT
• design is meant to maximize space so
you never feel cramped. Plus, the airier a
home is, the easier it is for natural light
to illuminate it. Save this picture! The
relative simplicity of an open floor plan
means that the space can be adjusted
how you see fit, perhaps with movable
furniture or storage.
• its design principles not only reflected
progress in science, health, and social
equality but were also intended to help
these ideals thrive.
• Its ever-present philosophy abides to the
ideal that form follows function.
Therefore, modern architects express
themselves through simplicity, clear
views of structural elements and by
eschewing unnecessary design details.

CONCEPT

• Architects have the power to protect and

enrich people's lives by designing the
world around us. Whether you're an
artist, a visionary, or a problem-solver,
the architecture profession offers a
variety of career options to put your
skills, hobbies, and passions to use
shaping the built environment.
• One of the main benefits of interior
design is that it can maximize the amount
of available space. However, we also
need to mention that design specialists
will take comfort into account. Simply
put, aesthetics and efficiency are linked
to one another.

RELIGIOUS PROJECT DESIGNED AT RAWAT

CONCEPT
• .
• Though the mosque as such has undergone
many architectural changes, the building
remains essentially an open space, generally
roofed over, containing a mihrab and a minbar,
with a minaret sometimes attached to it.
• Later it developed distinct characteristics
in the form of buildings and in the
decoration of surfaces with Islamic
calligraphy, arabesques, and geometric
motifs. New architectural elements like
minarets, muqarnas, and multifoil arches
were invented.
• The design included practical style
elements such as heavy supports, narrow
stained-glass windows, circular arches,
and vaulted roofs. These religious
buildings are also characterized by a
central nave and a transept that forms
the shape of a cross.
