    DATE : March 16, 2023

    1. Reference: Official Police Blotter.

    2. This pertains to the above-mentioned incident that transpired on or about


    9:30 PM of March 16, 2024 at Mayor Kevin Anarna’s residence at Brgy Tartaria
    Silang Cavite and was reported at about 9:45 PM March 16, 2024, wherein the victim
    was identified as Mariano Gomez, 31 years old born on July 24, 1991 in Bataan,
    male, married, Catholic, Filipino, security guard, and a resident of Brgy Tartaria
    Silang, Cavite//;-- (Deceased) and Merlita Gomez, 31 years old born on July 25,
    1991 in Batangas, female, married, Catholic, Filipino, caretaker, and a resident of
    Brgy Tartaria Silang, Cavite (Deceased).

    3. At around 9:45 PM of March 16, 2024, a telephone call from TOC, Cavite
    PPO was received by Bonifacio City Information Command Center regarding the
    alleged incident. Acted on said report, Team led by PLT JEREMY VALENS BUCAO
    ESTEBAN, immediately established a hasty checkpoint. The team was able to flag
    down a White Nissan Urban Van with Plate number F4T 880 loaded with 5 alleged
    suspects in a shooting incident that resulted in the death of the security guard and
    caretaker of the Mayor of Silang, Cavite.

    4. Personnel of Bonifacio CPS were able to arrest the five alleged suspects
    identified as Abdul Karem aka Musad, Toto Negro aka Blacky, Daniel Gubal aka
    Pogi, tata Bugal aka Baldo and Batang Hamog aka boss B.

    5. The following are the seized items following the arrest:

    a. Two (2) M16 Rifle;


    b. Two (2) Glock Pistol; and
    c. Three (3) Oppo Smartphones.
